As someone who grew up in Cerritos from the 70's into the 21st century, I'm very saddened by the state that this city is in. I just came back to visit after I moved away in '06. Many parts of the city look post apocalyptic, while other parts look like the overcrowded parts of large cities where there are more businesses than parking spaces. I was always proud of my City of Cerritos. It is horribly overgrown and the roads are atrocious. Is anyone still running the city or is it on autopilot heading toward certain disaster?
