The first time I got my eyebrows done By Kristina Dang I wrote a review, I did not mention a lot of things because I liked the outcome of my eyebrows. During my first visit she had students there that paid her for a class she let one of her students practice on my eyebrows which I felt was ok until she walked off. The student was still doing my eyebrows when I asked her where did Kristina go? She told me that she would be right back. Weird why would you walk off when someone was practicing on me but that was my fault for saying yes but I felt if I said no it would be a problem Before that she had never even asked me if her students could watch or be in the room with me I did not know I was going to be a mule I thought it was a private session but it’s not it’s so many people in one room when you arrive! but I didn’t say anything I just went with the flow Kristina gave me the price of $250 total for my brows when I got to the counter, she charged me $300. I asked could I least receive a discount for helping her with her class, but she said no. She added she would do my touch up for free instead. I later found out that touch ups are free for everyone so I wasn’t getting anything just overcharged $50 for no reason of my knowledge

So On Sunday May 26,2018 I drove 3 and a half hours to come get a touch up. When I walked in it was packed again the 2 rooms are so small everyone on top of the other and she tells me that they are very busy. Mind you I had already booked an appointment, but she tells me to go eat and then come back in a hour and 15 min

I leave and come back early because my sister wanted her nails done as well. I sat and waited until the new time that she gave me, and she says again, please wait I will make your eyebrows so pretty

So I sat down again and watched her go outside to talk and laugh with her coworkers. wow yes your so busy after another 30 min I leave because I feel so bad I drove so far Kristina’s customers service is horrible I waisted gas and time if your not giving her any money she does not care to help you is what I got out of it and she does not post any of her Darker clients like that only fair skin clients look at her pics

I will not be returning there are so many others that can do great brows in this area I have had so many bad experiences at places I never write bad reviews but for me to drive this far with my kids for a touch that I booked with her and be pushed to the side is beyond me!

Then Kristina blocks me on Facebook I just really want to know why I was treated like this 7 hour drive in total for nothing now I have to pay to get my eyebrows touched up by...

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! SCAMMERS! KRISTINA ALLOWS UNLICENSED EMPLOYEES TO DO YOUR EYEBROWS!

I HAVE TO PAY $1,500 to have the ink removed!

My eyebrows look terrible! I’m so sad every time I look at my old pictures! I wish I never got this done at this salon!

Kristina allowed two other employees to do my eyebrows while she was teaching a course and never checked to make sure they were doing the correct thing once!

I went to another microblading artist and she advised that the color was deposited too deep into my skin and that this is the reason it has turned a bluish gray color and is starting to change shape!

I took a picture and a video of the two ladies who did my work!

I submitted a complaint with the Georgia Secretary of State along with the photos I have of the other employees doing my eyebrows and the text messages I shared with the owner Kristina the very same day and in following days telling her I needed her to remove the ink!

She ignored my messages and calls!

I asked her for a refund so I could get the ink removed with the emergency saline and she did not respond!

Ladies, please do not trust these reviews or the pictures! Your eyebrows will look nothing like what you see in the days following!

I reached out to Kristina for an appointment after seeing her work online but my eyebrows look NOTHING like the videos and pictures that are posted online!

They are liars! They are scammers!

She charged me $285 to ruin my face and now I have to pay over $1500 for saline and laser...

Just got the best of the best fire micro-needling, mole removal, and nano eyebrows. She Is a must see!

So it's been a full week going into my 2nd week since services. My eyebrows are not the color I asked and paid for. I asked for brown and I'm still looking at a fainted off black…. Was told by Kristtina Dang that color will come in but I'm finding this hard to believe! The micro-needling was to reduce/eliminate acne scarring, instead, I have new scarring from the micro-needling which upsets me the most. I asked for her to correct/address my concerns but I'm being told to give it time and come back in 4-6 weeks for brow touch smh the only service that seems to have been done successfully is the mole removal. I've since been in contact with Kristtina Dang and she claims it takes time. Also normally when doing such services at other places you receive aftercare INCLUDED, but not here they want an extra $99 for an aftercare kit smh. I will be back on her to post a 4-week update!
