SNIPES shoe store. Not sure what kind of business you guys are running, they are loosing The store, more money, and putting people change in their own pocket is what it seems. Came in there to buy shoes for my son and had my disabled/ paralyzed childrenās father who is in a wheelchair with me in and 2 young children. After picking out shoes and going up to the regest shenell the cashier tells me they do not take my card and told me where an atm in the mall was. Came back, handed her 5 20ʼs four shoes for my son that cost $81 and some change. She then tells me they dont give change and that is usually a sign as she pointed in front of the registration says, but itās no longer there. I got upset because she could have told me this before sending me to go get cash. The manager I believe his name is Miguel came up to see what I was frustrated and he did nothing to assit me just walked away and all staff ignored me and truned the music up very loud so they didnt have to here me. I left and came For a number of someone I could speak to they refused, so I went to mall security got a phone number and called the lady. She was very very rude told me that it didnāt seem right that she was going to call them and get their side of the story, so I would love to see the video camera thatās all you have to do right watch the video. Itās sad when you canāt even complain to a manager or the higher up of a store because theyāre probably all on the same scheme. Maybe the IRS needs to check up on them and see if they claming that extra cash they taking from people because I was about to tell them to keep the change and I was like wait itās $18. Covid is over this is tax season and thousands of people n the mall. Its not like i was trying to giver her a $100 bill for a 30 dollar pair of shoes and wipe your cash out it was less than 20 so stop trying to take peoples change and come up. Im sure they back there splitting that change at night and i hope you get caught and thanks for upsetting my 7 year old after finaÅly finding him shoes you refused to sell to me over 18 dollars in chage for a 81 dollar...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere's actually only 1 store I go to regularly in this shopping mall & that's Joanne's. Honestly, this mall has really gone down hill as far as having decent stores for shopping let alone any good ones. I absolutely love Joanne's though cause I love anything to do with arts and crafts. It's actually pretty sad that there's only 1 craft store in the entire Danville area. š However, This mall is connected to the Danville Village Mall (Marketplace) shopping strip in which provides a better selection of stores to shop. There's actually 3 that I shop at regularly 1. Ross 2. Pet Supplies Plus & 3. Shoe Sensation & I also like Citi Trends as well. It would be damn awesome if they actually added a grocery store to the strip cause then it would become my one-stop shopping center. Anyway, the stores I named off are great places to shop for art's and crafts supplies, shoes, clothes and Ross has a small selection of Home Accessories/Decor-Shoes-Bathroom Accessories/Decor-Automotive Products- Tools- Electronics & more for a lot less than other stores. I get a lot of my clothes, bedding, slippers, & whatever else I can find that I need from Ross cause it's a lot cheaper than...

Rowan was on the littlest rider and his parents were right next to his side. The lady didn't care if he couldn't walk. So we had to get out immediately. I hate how nasty people can be to the disabled. There isn't enough parking for handicap. And why allow riders in the mall if they can't take them into the stores. This world is not built for the handicap and this mama hates it!!! The mall is so big and his legs get tired so the riders were nice but wish they were allowed into stores. So back into the walker he goes which was larger than the rider! Went to target and got him some Legos. He's happy now but geeeshhh. Please get more handicap parking and train staff to be kinder and more observant. We were literally ontop of our kid. He just wanted to buy a blanket from Spencer's. š¤¦āāļøhe's a very respectful 7 yr old and was clearly upset at the lady for not understanding that he can't walk. I even offered to show his orthotics and show her that he can't walk. She...
