My trip to the mall reminded me why I shop online a lot. Went here to buy clothes for my kids, it’s not worth the hassle.
The physical space was clean and easy to get around. However, the music in many stores was way too loud and appealing to teenagers, but grating on the ears if you’re 40.
In some stores, the staff was great while other stores were the exact opposite, especially JD sports and Snipes. They act like customers don’t exist or are a waste of their time.
Best places are the food court (oddly), Spencers, Foot Locker, Old Navy and Journeys. The staff at these stores were great and found items I liked.

Do not give your original receipt to the person you're presenting the present to. Because if they need to take it back and return it to get cash the store will not allow you to do that. They will give you a gift card to buy something else in the store. ( I didn't want to buy anything else I wanted my cash.)
