We came to Gemsetter & Company to have a piece of jewelry repaired and while we were waiting to talk to the owner my wife found a bracelet that she fell in love with,of course I bought it for her but that aside,my wife has been trying to find her alexandrite birthstone in a unique setting for quite sometime.The owner of this establishment and his wife took an unbelieveable amount of time with us to explain the stone and type of setting that it could be put into so that even a non jewelry guy like me was able to understand. She found the exact setting that she was looking for and it is being custom made for her at a very reasonable price.So I must say price,selection,quality and above all the pleasant atmosphere and congeniality of the owners at this shop makes this a no brainer for me and my wife for all of my/our future jewelry excursions.It really feels that you are with family here. With a heavy heart me and my sister Candice, walked into Gemsetter and Company not knowing what we wanted done or the words to say. We handed over the last of what my mother gave us, to Eric the owner, and discussed the situation. Not only was he knowledgeable, but made us feel like family. He went above and beyond in his artistry and care! Took the time with joy in his heart to discuss every last detail of our beloved mother's rings. Treated us like it was his mothers rings. Eric added purple amethyst to the solid white gold band, in memory of my moms favorite color and the color of the Pancreatic Cancer ribbon that took her life to short at 58yrs young. Our hearts are sooo full and pictures don't due justice on this mans talent and heart! We highly recommend Eric for anybody's jewelry needs. Eric has a heart and passion for what he does. My fiancé and I came here to purchase our wedding bands. We chose this place because of the great Google reviews we read, and we were not disappointed! Eric, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire process so enjoyable. He was honest and patient as he described various band and metal types. His selection is elegant, varied, with custom pieces that are definitely worth taking a look at. It’s hard to not feel pressured when shopping in some jewelry stores, but that was not the case here. The process was to the point, simple and we were told the turn around time to get our bands would only be a day or two. Eric and his wife Veronica made us feel so welcome, we spent more time chatting with them, swapping travel stories, than we did with the buying process!
