All Seasons True Value/Just Ask Rental — Attraction in Charleston

Chuck from All Seasons, called me today to apologize for the problem and was extremely understanding on how this problem should have been avoided. This contact changed my review from a 2 star to a 5 star review.

Original Post: Some of my problems started with Husqvarna however this shop needs a little help on how to leave a finished project. Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant and did the best they could to help me. However when I did finally pick up my mower that should have been under warranty, This is a result of Husqvarna denying a claim that was clearly a manufacturing defect, (main bolt that held the blade broke) My mower was returned to me without the spark plug that was in it when I initially left it there. The cost that they did charge were reasonable. The frustration comes when you unload what should be a working product back into your driveway and try to start the mower and realize that the shop took the spark plug out and did not return it. I noticed this after they were closed on a Saturday and now we'll be going to another shop Lowe's to finish the repair myself. If the shop does contact me after they read this post I'll be happy...

I am fairly new to Charleston. With as much caution and at times fearmongering that happens with hurricane storms, our local True Value on James Island goes WAY above and beyond to ensure our peace of mind :)!! They open early, stay late and stay open when the big boys refuse to (corporate stores). I am so grateful for their exemplary service overall. This is one of my favorite true values in Charleston. You get a sense that this place is very well managed because there's so many employees here that are incredibly helpful. But there is one that is truly exceptional, Autumn. There's been a few times that I've gone in in politely deferred help that was offered, and she could see right where I was turning around in the aisles what I was looking for.
