This is my favorite way to start the day. The staff are all welcoming, skilled, and thoughtful, and offer a challenging full-body workout that can still accommodate mobility or ability issues. I always feel better after going -- the members are really friendly and kind too, and the teachers are always supportive and encouraging. Class sizes are capped so there's plenty of individual attention, and the studio has been adding classes all the time to accommodate the increase in demand. As a plus, the app you use to book classes is basically frictionless - but they do book up a week or two out, so make sure to reserve your spot and don’t be shy about the waitlists!
Update again: I keep taking classes from just about all the instructors now. Cyndi, Solange, Slavka, Emily, and Mimi are AMAZING. Each teacher has their own different approach, so try them all for the most well-rounded experience! I especially love: Emily’s Control, Center and Balance, and Flow classes! Slavka’s classes are outstanding if you want to incorporate a little more strength work. I always love that she finds a way to create a challenging, balanced workout no matter what the class level or type! She motivates us to do our best while always ensuring we know safe/supportive modifications. Cyndi delivers a challenging workout with a great balance across components of form and strength. I love the Center and Balance and Control classes because in different teachers’ hands they are a very different experience. Some are gentle stretch or micro-form-focused classes and some up the ante as a strength and balance challenge. I just took one that Solange taught and it was SO GREAT!!! Center in particular is appropriate for all ability levels while still being...

Up until September my experience with this club has been pleasant but upon running into personal/family issues and unable to make the 25 minute commute to the club I decided to freeze my account thinking I would be able to return. Later realizing it wouldn't be feasible right now with all of my responsibilities. It doesn't make sense to pay $206 monthly for something you cannot use. I reached out to the manager regarding the cancellation process but never authorized her to remove my freeze and cancel my account because I was still charged $206 and I would at least like to be able to use what I am paying for. The manager sent me documents with my signature on it that I had never read or signed, unfroze my account and charged my card. Everyone seems pretty dismissive and even though I asked about a cancellation I never said ok because my intentions were to wait the 3 months out and then hopefully life would allow me to continue going. This has been very unpleasant the general manager was very dismissive for this reason I highly...
Read moreThis location has waitlist for almost all the classes. I put myself on the waitlist and was taken off, happy me, to get out the bed at 7am to get to 8am class only to be told it’s full and I can’t participate. The instructor Christina asked everyone to raise they’re hand to check the attendance, everyone but 3 people raised their hand and she checked with 2 of the 3 whom I assume was on the list but never checked with the other person. Maybe she knew her name I don’t know but as a new mom it took a lot to get there to be told I couldn’t participate when I was told I was put into the class late the night before and couldn’t cancel at that point if I wanted to without losing a credit. I purchased credits just like others and I’m requesting a full refund as if it happened once it could happen twice and I don’t have that kind of time to waste so beware before commuting to this...
