I had a terrible experience with this company. They sub the artwork out to other people that come in and use their building or offices. Some guy hi-jacked my photo and called me to charge me more than I was quoted walking in. I specifically stated what I wanted to be done. Photo restoration. I got the 2 tears glued and that was it. They were telling I would get a digital copy of my photo along with a disk. I never asked for a digital copy nor a disk. However, that was supposed be at no charge due to mix up. I then questioned the cost for the restoration services for the price they were asking me to pay. The owner and I went back to back on emails. Just say they are not all together. O will not use their services again. I have used photo restoration services before on my graduation photo and it looks awesome. I will drive miles away for their services. After good work in the beginning, unreliable of late. They held one piece of mine for restoration for over a year. Most recently, subsequent to a demand letter and on May 28, 2021 while I was enroute to Charlotte District Court Small Claims division to file the case, they finally returned the work to me... incomplete.
