Infinity Pool Construction, LLC — Attraction in Charlotte

Harley had nothing but one star reviews until after I posted this and then the 5 stars started showing up so you might want to take that into consideration especially since these reviewers have no other reveiws outside of infinity. Kind of strange isn't it? You get 2 one star reviews and then 3 people in 2 weeks post their first review and all 5 star reviews. I tried to rectify the situation after paying top dollar for an install with no luck until after I posted the review then my phone rang off the hook with calls from Harley and his Facebook page disappeared after I left a review on it. Hired Harley to put in my fiberglass pool.It's 9 inches off center from my house. Half a yard of dirt left in the pool. 35 lbs of gravel put into the pool. Pool sagging on tanning ledge 2 inches as it was not supported correctly. Gasket left out of sand filter. Bubblers not installed correctly. Scratched in the fiberglass from all the gravel dumped into the pool. He talked a big game but didn't deliver and good luck trying to get him to ever return a call or address the multitude of problems I had. Called because he didn't even tell me how my four water valves worked. Took over a month to get ahold of him. Would never recommend Harley for any job. Getting advice from pool experts on just the extent of the damage done from the installation of this pool. Called Harley and his secratary told me they didn't warranty the leaks. Well when you don't put in the rubber gasket seal thats not the manufacturers responsibility for improper installation. Worst mistake of my life hiring this company. Worst contractor I've ever hired in my opinion. Other contractors who have veiwed the installation of the pool ask if the person that installed it was doing so for the first time. There are landscaping timbers propping up the pool to level it. I didn't know asked the employee and was told yeah everyone does that to keep the pool level. another contractors looked and said that if leveled properly there is no reason for this and haven't found one that does this. The contractor asked did they get the base on the bottom of the pool leveled properly. I said I didnt know that they showed up late. The pool was waiting to be unloaded and the crane was here to install and Harley's crew was spreading gravel like mad to get the gravel in. The pool was lowered in and noticeably not level. Then the landscaping timbers came out and they leveled the pool and shoveled gravel under the pool. The contractor just started laughing. Said only time will tell. Yep that's want you want to hear after spending all that money on a pool. Most costly mistake I've ever made. Hope others don't have to learn my lesson...

10/10—Highly recommend—If you are looking for an experienced, reputable, and customer-oriented contractor to install the pool of your dreams then go with Infinity Pool Construction—from the initial inquiry and throughout the planning phase we had continuous support and advisement—we never felt any pressure to go under contract, had our questions and concerns answered with courteous knowledge, and the flexibility to change our options and receive an updated quote promptly with no grief—after signing the contract we continued to receive exceptional service and updates to the timeline as our fiberglass shell was in production—the owner and GM even took time out of their day to attend a consult at our house with another contractor we had hired to extend the roof over our patio to be done during the pool install to ensure a seamless job for both parties—the City of Charlotte had adopted their new UDO initiative just prior to permits being pulled and our job was Infinity’s first since the program had been put in place so there was undoubtably a learning curve for everyone (which Infinity proved to be ahead of more than the City) and the superb customer service from Infinity continued to shine despite the setbacks and frustrations stemming from the City—the day to break ground came and we were impressed with the professional, knowledgeable, and efficient crew—what was truly extraordinary was watching the skill at which the pool shell was placed into the ground—from the maneuvering of the flatbed truck, the crane lifting the shell over the house into the backyard, to the final placement where it now rests—mind blowing—needless to say this all points to the magnitude of experience that this company has—after the install was complete we were provided with ‘Pool School’ to educate us on proper maintenance, water balancing, and answering of pending questions—another testament to Infinity’s customer-oriented focus—this company will not disappoint, from start to finish, and will always champion for you as their customer—big shout-outs to Harley, Aaron, Mark, Zack, Chris and Brittney—you all knocked it out...

I absolutely loved this company and can only say good things about them. From the first day when Matt arrived to do the estimate to the very last day when I signed off on the completion form, they were incredible. Every single person on their crew was kind, responsive and you can tell they really care about their jobs. Mark was amazing and really does go above and beyond. I really appreciated how genuine each of the crew was from the excavation to the clean up. They cared about my property, what it looked liked thru the construction, and even took the time to create a makeshift fence so my dog wouldn't lose the full use of her yard. When the initial liner came in there was an issue with it, and Infinity once again showed just how professional they are. They refused to install the defective liner and forced the manufacturer to make a new one - now that is service! And of course, there's Brittney who runs the office - she is definitely an asset to that company and does an amazing job of keeping things on the business side moving. She's so responsive and her communication style is on point. I can't recommend this company enough. The last two years have been rough with everything going on and getting supplies, but this company made it appear to be seamless. Again, I highly...
