The food is good but the customer service is terrible. I get food here almost weekly and call in my order 20 minutes ahead of time.
There is almost always an unused extra register opened but no full time process for quickly checking out online orders. So to make matters worse you have my food ready sitting on the counter getting cold and I still have to stand in line 20 minutes with other people to place orders that did not plan ahead.
That is pure stupid logic! I am a business consultant and advised the cashier they should have a seperate register opened identifying online order pick up.
When I asked the cashier why I am forced to stand in line with walk in customers and wait 20 minutes to pick up and pay for my now cold online order the cashier teenage girl said they did not have enough people.
They had around 6 people standing behind the counter. Two cashiers, a trainee cashier, and three people just twiddling their thumbs waiting on the cooks to provide prepared orders inside available to take to the customer's table.
This identifies they have a leadership business process flaw. They need to cross train the table hops on the registers as well. So instead of standing around for 10-20 minutes waiting on an order they could cash out an online order in their rotation back and forth. Duh problem solved for free -you are welcome Showmars!
I am going to continue to eat here because it is decent and close to me. However, I will continue to write negative reviews until it affects your rating score or you get up to date and fix this lack of efficiency in online orders.

Read moreThe food at this location is pure awesome!! Never had one bad meal! I like that the sanitation grade is good as well especially to be on Little Rock Rd. But what gets me about this place is the front staff. They look and act like they don't want to be there. The guy I had last time was in a conversation with another worker while I was waiting in front of him and then turned around as if I was bothering him. If this Showmars get a better front staff this place will be 100%
So that was a old post...I have recently went back and had the worse experience. I ordered a fish sandwich and asked if they could drop it back in the fryer a little. I get the fish sandwich and it is super cold and soggy like it's been sitting all day. Gross!! So I took it back up there and the manager said she will have them make another one. Well they did and I couldn't even eat it because it was super hard. I asked for it to be put back into the fryer because I had an experience where my food was undercooked so I have this issue now I want my food cooked a little longer...but I couldn't even eat it, it was super hard. So disappointed. They still have a terrible front desk! And now it looks like management isn't that good either. I'm done with...
Read moreSorry but I had to take my 5 Stars down to two stars don't get me wrong they have great food there but the service is terrible I have maybe gotten two people that were decent in there so tonight placed an order at 8:15 I called them at 8:50 to tell them I'm stuck in traffic and running a little behind the girl said no problem we will be here get there and stand outside for 13 minutes and not one person looked up at the door if you ask me that's really not good you should always be watching your surroundings then the girl comes to the door and said we don't have no to-go orders I said yeah I called it in she goes and checks and comes back To say sorry we don't have any to-go orders that is so ridiculous so because they were closed and their server don't know how to turn in ticket orders in I now have to go to work freaking hungry or just stop at some nasty fast food place because the girl had no problem staying oh well we're closed now. I have a sour taste in my mouth will never go back to this Showmars just bothers me so bad that I spent an hour waiting and messing around with them and to get what nothing...
