Okay so I've been to like a lot of PF from GA to NC and NY as well as Delaware and I must say this is my first time writing a review due to Horrible Customer Service and the bathroom was nasty. I walked in the door happy to be at a new spot and I read the reviews for this location so I said let me try it. I walked in to a unfriendly face the young lady at the counter, she barely wanted to look at or acknowledge me( I never experience this, mind you every other place they are so upbeat and happy that you are at the gym especially when it's your first time). So I asked the lady if I could go to the hydro massage table that sits up not lay down (other gyms have that option) however she gave me two coins đ¤. I said oh they use coins now and she just staring at me like I'm crazy saying nothing, so I said hello never mind can I just go on the bed, so she take the coins and turn her back and says you can go to number 7. Then I said okay can I get the password to the wifi she said um it's right there on the wall (how she know i can read, also the reason for asking i didn't not see it on the wall at first and then some gyms you have to log in your app and have them send you the PW ( i told you i been to a few planet fitness.). Okay I'm never coming back here again. My home gym is in Duluth GA in which I never been there due to me traveling every day. Oh boy I go to take a shower when I say it was disgusting, I went to my car and got my bleach spray so I can clean the stall I'm using. When I tell you that one shower head was missing and the only one that look functional had a stack of hair on the drain in which I used my washcloth to get it out and had to throw my cloth away. Then I got in after the bleach spray clean up and I said omg is that blood on the shower curtain line and it sure was then I look at the liner totally filthy like its never been cleaned , disgusting (I took pics so I can send it to the club manager Phillip on Monday 1/21/19. I'm thinking to myself instead of the young lady standing at the front desk not being customer service friendly should be trying to check on and clean up the restrooms. I usually go early mornings and usually they are cleaning up to start a clean day or they are being helpful asking what made you come to the gym. I have pictures also.    Read moreMy three day review at central location: (Day, one as a guest 1/19/25) The Assistant Manager Jared was amazing he seemed to understand what customer service means. He showed me around and provided a full gym experience which made me comfortable to get the black card membership! So he definitely needs a promotion. I came next day (1/19/25) as new member and the Assistant Manager was there with the same positive energy. He was treating everyone with respect. Now the here is why my review is three stars instead of 5; so I came in on (1/21/25) The store manager was there in which I didnât know however I thought this company says there is a no judgment zone, mind you this is technically my second day as member. I open up the app in my phone, scanned and proceeded to start my workout process. In the store manager stopped me if with a little bit of attitude and asked me to re-verify myself. In which I questioned him as to why is he even going that far he says I had no picture yet, and again this is only my second day. So I ask him what is your reasoning especially I came in once with my own phone use my own app and was able to provide information to him about my account and he goes to say what if you stole that phone and was using it to steal a membership!!!!! Not only did the store manager made me feel highly uncomfortable, but to be accused of stealing my own phone to use for a gym membership is absurd. All because I didnât have a picture on file yet!!!!! Again this is day two as a member. So for this to be a store manager who placed negative judgment and falsely accuse someone a Theft on my own personal phone and membership, even verifying all of my credentials. The store manager definitely need to take notes from the assistant manager on customer service and retention because his judgment energy in a ânon-judgmentâ gym does not match. Achi was offensive because:
He Never Showed a Desire / Willingness to help me sign up Or Even educate me abt all the products and services, and Price
Achi immediately became aggressive with me when I asked to use the Restroom. I complied and joined.
Achi was sarcastic "You signed up Just to use the restroom you could go to the gas station down the block."
Everyone Personality is different. I prefer to move fast. Since he offended me In the beginning I said Achi I make more than your Whole Salary.
Afterwards I apologized and tried to build that peace and understanding. Achi was extremely Defensive. He is Prideful.
With a CSR Job its important to be Sympathetic or Empathetic. He didnt even ask me if I was ok. Trafficking is high in Charlotte. He had no care to my well being nor offered any assistance to help.
Seeing how prideful he was i let him speak then I said Achi enjoy your day in a very low voice.
When companies hire people they Either HAVE these soft skills or Not. Money can not teach people empathy care kindness etc.
Corporations are Aimless except for companies like Apple and Chic fil a.
I hope the best for Achi and hope he begans to learn the most fundamental assets to have in life.
