Sprouts Farmers Market — Attraction in Charlotte

I am thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience at the Sprouts in Steele Creek, all thanks to an employee named Greg. What should have been a simple and pleasant shopping trip turned into a humiliating ordeal due to Greg's shockingly rude and dismissive behavior.

I had purchased two watermelons and, needing assistance, asked Greg for a buggy. He didn't acknowledge me at all, which was frustrating enough. Thinking he might not have heard me, I waved to get his attention. Despite my clear attempts to communicate, Greg continued to ignore me, leaving me to struggle with the watermelons by myself.

As if this wasn't bad enough, once I finally managed to bring the watermelons through, Greg wobbled over—not to offer help, but to insinuate that I was trying to steal the watermelons. His exact words were, "Do you want me to scan those?" This was not only disrespectful but also incredibly embarrassing. To be treated as a potential thief in a store where I had just made a purchase is beyond unacceptable.

Greg's behavior made me feel singled out and dismissed as a customer. It was clear that he had no intention of helping me until he could accuse me of wrongdoing. The fact that he ignored my request for assistance but immediately acknowledged me when he suspected theft speaks volumes about his priorities and attitude towards customers.

This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am deeply disappointed in the level of service at Sprouts. I hope that management takes immediate action to address Greg's behavior and ensures that all customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve. This incident has seriously tarnished my view of Sprouts, and I would urge others to be cautious when shopping at the Steele...

I love this store but I am bit worried on their mis priced/incorrect prices ringing up. I have been shopping here for a while and never paid any mind while checking out until I notice on one of my receipt that the sale price was not reflected on multiple items, now I am more cautious when checking out and catch a lot of misprice, they happily correct it, but now I am wondering all those times that I wasn’t paying attention, how much more was I being charged. this is not only on sale prices, items are placed in incorrect spots that have completely different prices. I love Sprout and don’t want them to go anywhere, please address this. Thank you

Former Earth Fare now sprouts, lots of people wanted Trader Joes to takeover. Good store much smaller than Ballantyne and with all the stores around rivergate its a one stop shop! This weekend 11/17-11/19 sprouts had 20% off everything if you are a sprouts member. As soon as you walk instead of seeing the deli/bakery you see the meat department. I thought it was a strange to see and then produce aisle is wide and then a few aisles of staple products. The good thing is that I won't have to deal with a cashier since they have SCO and the cashiers don't look good working. The only downside I had is that they wouldn't print receipts doubled sided and the bags cost $0.10 to encourage customers to reuse the bags again!
