On Sat 7/29/23 at 4:09pm, I placed a pick up order online to be ready at 6pm at the Steele Creek location. Five minutes later my GF placed a order as well to be picked up at 6pm also. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:15pm and my GF's order is ready in the Online Orders Pick up area. My order is not here. I ask the lady at the front desk and the first question out of her mouth is, "are you sure its this location because we don't have an order with you name on it?" I assured her it was the correct location, and proceeded to pull up the order confirmation on email on my iPhone. Another lady, says that it looks like we charged you $62.22 for you 50 wing order but for some reason the store did not received the order. No, apologies for your inconvenience or anything. I was informed that they would have to key the order in again and they would have to start preparing my order right now. I was having a social gathering at my house at 7pm and time was not my friend as I explained this to them. I was told it is what it is. Twenty minutes later they had my order ready. Then they were like ok that will be $62.22. I was like you expect me to pay for this order twice? I had to pull out my cell phone and show them the email confirmation that the order was paid for when the order was placed online. This made me, the host, late for my own party I was having at my house. The nonchalant attitude and the lack of customer service was mind blowing. These young people that worked there could have cared less that my order was not ready. Also, when I got home I realized that the 50 wings I had ordered did not come with any of the ranch or bleu cheese dressings that I had requested. I will never give them my business again and I hope I deter everyone from eating here. For this to be corporate restaurant it appears that they run this location like a Mom & Pop...
Read moreSo I've have been coming to this location for over a year. I went 2 weeks ago, my boyfriend and I, this is our favorite place. Initially we did call in an order to pick up because we thought we were pushed for time. Once we got there we paid and we realized that we had more time then we thought and wanted to sit and enjoy our food. In the beginning it seemed like a problem. We just spent over $40 and they had to ask if we could sit and dine in! We were told we could so we went to sit near the bar area. No one paid us attention at all. I understand we already paid but we were going to spend more money for drinks and so forth. We had to literally flag someone down to get help, we ordered drinks my drink was tasted like the last bit of soda so it had no flavor very bitter. We had to ask for napkins etc. We both felt like we were being treated as though we didn't belong there. I've never felt so out of place, this was a shocking experience for both of us. I asked for the check and she didn't charge us for drinks but the way it was presented to us was like "it's not worth my time". They were getting Christmas decorations up which seemed a little more important than helping us. I tried to get the bartenders attention the first time she just pointed at someone else to help us. Then when we wanted napkins I tried again (our waitress kept helping everyone around us and looking pass us) she ignored me. Regardless of the situation it's very unprofessional to walk and over look a customer in your establishment and make them feel less than. Read moreI ordered a 15 piece bone in bogo wings (30 wings) yesterday at 10:36am 1/19/21 to be picked up at 11am. The wings I received were breaded wings for some reason and badly prepared with no explanation given! Starting with the cashier she was very very rude & when I arrived at 11:15am it was another 15 minute wait for the wings and they were as you can see in the pictures I attached badly prepared and breaded. Which she just threw on the counter no thanks or anything not even eye contact. Fast forward I call back about the wings and she gives me more attitude then just passes me over to someone else who tells me I can bring them back but they are sure the wings are not cooked that way.
I work from 12 to 9 & live in fort mill so I told her I would have to come back after 9 but that’s a huge inconvenience to have to drive back and forth and not have food that I purchased for my family. The lady didn’t even respond just dead air on the line, so I told her ok I would be in. Once I got to the restaurant I showed the manager on duty the wings and she agreed she never seen it this way but no empathy or apology just I’ll recook them. I waited another 20 mins for my wings which she brung out to me & they we’re finally cooked correct. That was the worst customer service I received ever! They didn’t treat me like a customer let alone a human being & made me feel like it was my problem my food was cooked horrible.
