The WearHouse — Attraction in Charlotte

Best thrift store I have been to in Charlotte! Their proceeds directly go to helping community members in need (you’ll see them “shopping” for free sometimes while you’re there). The store manager/owner is extremely kind and works hard to keep it going. She told me their story and it’s really inspiring. The store is clean, organized and peaceful. I love that I get to hear Christian songs while I shop! Kids clothes are $2, women’s tops $3.50 and dresses/sweaters $5. Everything is easily organized. Small, but the quality of items is better than Goodwill. Better prices, too. They have children's clothes, adult clothes, shoes, accessories and some home goods. We go often, and find new things with every trip. I found yarn and beautiful jewelry there last week. We are always greeted with a warm smile, and the staff will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Clean environment, extremely delightful staff that greet you upon entering, uplifting music, such a variety, and everything was so organized! They give back to the community, help students, and are a far better thrifting alternative to the big chain corporate second-hand shops who don't do any of that.
