I have been looking for a mattress for years. I have been calling around to different mattress places and one day I called Mattress Firm on IKEA Blvd and spoke with Christopher and he was very helpful over the phone and had stellar customer service. When I called to the location Chris helped me narrow down my choice of a quality mattress in my budget. Then eventually I went to the actual location and I hoped Christopher would be there to assist me in person. I arrived with my family and there was a guy walking out the door and I asked if his name was Chris and he stated yes. I then explained to him that I called last week in reference to a mattress. Chris then went back inside the store when the store was almost about to close and assisted me with finding the perfect mattress. I finally purchased a mattress that same night and felt like coming to the IKEA Blvd location was the best decision. The entire process was stress free, professional, and honest. I do not feel like Chris was trying to sell me just anything or tried to use sales tactics so that I can spend more money. From the initial phone call to the visit inside the store I was in great hands and enjoyed the laughs, sharing stories and deep conversation with Chris. The dedication and passion with wanting to ensure a smile on his customers face was truly important and memorable. I am beyond estactic about receiving my mattress and being able to feel relieved because it one extra task off my list that has been compeleted. I now have a new mattress and because of the knowledge I received from Chris; I was able to find the best mattress that fits me. I definitely would recommend Chris to family, friends and anyone else looking for a matvvk tress. I could go on and on about my awesome...
Read moreWent to IKEA, and on the way out of the parking lot, I saw this store across the street. I was casually shopping for a new mattress and remembered it was President's Day weekend, so I thought I could pop in and learn the deals.
I went in and was immediately pressured into laying on the beds with no protective covering. I told the saleswoman that I didn't feel comfortable lying on the bed because it is cold/flu/Covid season. She then told me she didn't understand why I was there if I wasn't ready to shop. She also casually mentioned her spouse died in his sleep, and that's why she sells mattresses now, which i thought was wild. I asked for a business card, and she didn't have one. I asked for her name, and she didn't want to give it to me because I refused to enter my personal information on the tablet she kept pushing on me. I decided this was too uncomfortable and that she wasn't interested in helping me if I didn't promise to buy right then and lay on dirty mattresses.
I will not give them my business in the future, as I don't think it's unreasonable to visit a store and price check before coming in with the intention to buy...
Read moreMattress Firm was my first stop in any store on my mattress shopping adventure. I came in and was greeted by Tzadde. I had just assumed I’d be sitting on a few mattresses and sort of self guiding my way around. Little did I know I was in for a whole different experience. (A great experience might I add) Tzadde walked me through multiple mattresses, asking questions along the way informing me about the differences and my options. Each one I laid on different positions to make sure I really got a feel for it. Tzadde kept asking questions to really understand what I was looking for. We narrowed it down to two beds and she kept having me go back-and-forth as many times as I needed to make sure. I finally settled on one. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was not pushy. I really appreciated the knowledge that she had. I feel like I learned so much while I was in the store. I’m really glad that I got her as a sales associate because I feel like it made the experience all the more better and I’m very glad I didn’t have to keep shopping around at...
