I am sad to offer a very angry review. We bought a very large amount of out door furniture. Out of the 13 pieces 2 had issues. We have gotten NO response, NO follow through on correcting the problem. They tell us it is Brown and Jordan. We had essentially equal quotes on our furniture and were told the benefit was dealing with a local store that would help us with issues that might arise. It is very clear any warranty issues will not be helped since they can not even correct some issues with the original purchase. I regret not going with the other store. My sister used them (Furnitureland South) and they have been great for her. Very poor customer service stay away!
I am adding a response to below. I appreciate that you took the time to respond, but you well know that it was not the time frame that was the issue. The issue is with your customer service. I do not want to embarrass the person by name so I will call her AS. AS had NOOOOO follow through. She contacted me at first issue, then never contacted me again until I emailed. She then again did not follow through. When I contacted again I just asked for Brown Jordan contact. AS gave me that contact and in 3 hours I had the answer to my time frame question. Brown Jordan told me they had contacted your store, but no one had contacted me. I told AS when the delivery was coming and asked her to tell me when it arrived in the store and what day I needed it delivered. When I had heard nothing on the agreed delivery day I again contacted your store via AS and she showed me a screen shot of an email she had written the week prior (A full 7 days) and said she had not gotten a response. REALLY, no repeat email? No follow up phone call? no message to me about what was going on? Again I contacted Brown Jordan and had my answer in literally 5 minutes. Your store had received my pieces that day. As I said sales was great, but then bows out. YOur delivery people are fantastic and saw the issues I was discussing (and told you so as I was there for the call). The problem is customer service, or at least AS. You as her supervisor and being well aware of her problems in completing her task, should have stepped up to the plate. Your explanation trying to push my dissatisfaction on Brown Jordan and timing just shows, once again, that you do not hear your clients. I wanted to be kept in the loop so I could adjust my schedule. We are building a back porch and I wanted to ensure we bought great classic furniture that would last for years. We leveraged FHC's complimentary design services to do renderings (they just used the designs from our architect and that worked fine, but a simple tape measure and sketch would do the job). A big thank you to Dixie and Melissa who were happy to do countless layouts and quotes (I like to work through a lot of options to get to one optimized design!), shown is one example. They were the perfect balance of providing suggestions but not pushy or offended if I went a different direction. I had a vision for some bistro chairs not in the store and they sourced some from me that perfectly fit my vision. It was obviously very important to them that I get it right and was happy with my furniture. It was great not to feel pushed or rushed.
Yes, shipping is a long lead time, welcome to 2021. But Melissa called with updates so I felt informed. And I'd rather wait a few months to get exactly the right thing for the space knowing I'll have the furniture for decades.
I was really nervous since we laid out what was a lot of money for us, but WOW the furniture is beautiful and looks like something Oprah probably has on her patio and I know will hold up well for a lot of years. I'm now tempted to toss the Wayfair junk on our front porch and place a second order...
The delivery by Greg and David was great, they were upbeat, professional and very careful, happy to bring the furniture exactly where I wanted it. Then they took all the dunnage away so we were just left with beautiful assembled furniture!
One note - a couch was damaged in transit. The FHC team spotted it before delivery and could not have been MORE professional - they called to give me a heads up that a couch was damaged and the replacement is providing free of cost to me this week. Effortless for me.

The way they set everything up makes you want to come back every year. The staff there are welcoming, kind and helpful. I know quite a few in the stores as well as the amazing crew in the warehouse. Viridien truly cares about there customers. When my sister went missing in 2021, I was all over the news and setting up many searches in NC, SC and Georgia. I remember Quinten taking me with him to visit Viridien to take things off my mind. I was still grieving, stressed and depressed. The staff showed me so much love. Some donated and helped in any way that they could. Some gave me hugs and sent messages to me the best way they could. Some prayed for me. Some of their family members even pitched in. Benjy wife offered to make T-shirts with her face on it at no charge to my family and friends. They keep in touch with me to this day. They are very caring individuals who truly want nothing but to see you leave as an happy camper, lol. They have beautiful souls working there along side some beautiful options to enhance your beautiful home. I guarantee you will not walk into Viridien and not see multiple things that you desire to have. Quinten A., Benjamin H. (Warehouse manager) , Barbara E., Dyan V., Chavis M., Malissa, Earnest, Chris, Jose, Johnathen (General Manager) Grant (The owner) etc… I can name them all if I wanted to. I have met them all from multiple stores to the warehouse. They take very good care of their Viridien’s. So believe me when I say that there is one thing for certain, once you go Viridien, you are family forever and not just another customer, TRUST ME.
