READ THIS WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING DINING THERE!!!! Yesterday a friend and I was invited to dinner with loyal customers and also friends to me. My friends eat at this establishment every week 1-2 times a week and spend over $60 each visit. Firstly the table was not wiped down properly which wasn't too big of a deal. We asked nicely for a cloth to wipe down the table again. I ordered seafood which was crab legs, sausage, potatoes, and corn. When I received my food I noticed that the potatoes where barely room temperature. I then went to enjoy my crab legs to be disappointed on how soft the crab legs were. I poked them with a fork and the crab meat came right out. I kindly sent the whole order back after I voiced my concerns with the waitress. I then just ordered general so chicken and rice just to not aggravate the waitress more. So my friend did the boiling pot deal. Where pretty much she orders off there menu of things that she wants and she cooks it on the burner on the table. So once she cooked her food I decided that I wanted to venture out and try an oyster. My friends are telling me to slurp the oyster down and don't look at it too much. But me being sometimes a picky eater decided to pick through it a little with my fork. It had to nobody but God telling me to do so. There it was a very tiny WORM!!! 😨😨🤢 We called the waitress over to make her aware of our findings and she told us it was a piece of broccoli even though it was clearly white and not green. She them proceeded to grab the tiny worm out of the oyster after trying to convince her that it was nothing. She squished the worm in between her fingers as soon as I said well let me take a picture of it because I'm sure its a worm. So my friends' husband just asked to remove a few dollars off their bill and she told them no because it wasn't anything. So they kindly asked to speak to the manager just to make him aware of the worm. We sat and kept talking and enjoying each others company when the manager in yelling at us with a small cup in his hand telling us that its not a worm and that we can take it to the health department to get it tested. We are all telling him to calm down. My friend continued to say I just wanted to let you know but wasn't upset about the worm I almost ate. Her husband then continued and said that he wanted to keep the peace and to literally only take $10 off the bill and it would be fine. Which would have not been okay if it was my meal. The man agreed and walked off. The waitress brought out the bills and my friend noticed that nothing was removed. So the manager returns and this is where things took a turn for the worse. He came back in and said he did not say he would remove anything and just continued to literally scream at us like we were children. We are all very well college educated, professionals, business owners, and adults and are respectful to others that show respect. We had been very respectful the whole time even when the waitress had been very snappy with us and even after the first time the manager yelled at us. So he then continues and screams out the blue that he is calling the police and he "swears that we never return again". At this point this is where my friend who is usually very extrmely kind and quiet became slightly irate that he would make such threats and would not want their business again. He never asked us to pay and leave he just said he is calling the police. We all just paid and left but this experience by far has been the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life. I feel like it could've been handled so much better but it was not. Then for my friends to say the waitress is snappy like that every week and they were use to it is completely bizarre and highly disturbing. Also the waitress and manager DID NOT WEAR MASKS the entire time while we wore out masks entering the establishment. Please please please stay away from this establishment and...

SMH.. I needed a couple packs of duck sauce. I figured I’d stop otw home to buy a spring roll or crab Rangoon so that I could get some packs of duck sauce. GPS shows China Gogo something and another is on my route. I arrive and I don’t see it. Where I assume it should be has papers taped to the door saying NEXT DOOR etc., pointing to THE BOILING POT. I enter this establishment, I first notice large containers of mustard, soy and duck sauce. Upon entry, the male employee immediately starts backing away although he was at the counter when I entered. That didn’t bother me much, I said I’ll just look at the menu till the female employee arrives. I go to grab what I thought was the menu, since they’re evenly spaced around the entire counter in what I assumed were menu holders. I go to reach and it’s some kind of bingo flyer or pamphlet (I’m not sure, I don’t partake). I go for the next one and it’s some other kind of bingo paraphernalia. Lol I guess that’s not really important but I found it super strange. Anywho, the lady comes up to me and greets me. I pleasantly explain that I just needed some duck sauce so I was gonna grab something cheap so I could get some duck sauce to go. I assume she was not understanding, which is fine, but it led me to just ask her how much for some duck sauce. At first she sorta did the not understanding thing but she then started walking over to the register as if she was getting it. I ask twice how much for some duck sauce. She comes back over to the container and asks how many. I say just a handful (I was not prepared with a specific number of duck sauces in my head, so I may have stuttered). She asks me “20?!” Lol I sorta giggle and say “oh no, just like a handful”. She says some other number, so I just throw a number out and say ten. She then starts walking me to the register and I ask “how much”. She began calculating, then says THREE DOLLARS. …I’m lightly taken aback, so I ask to confirm, “Three dollars!?” She’s like “yea”, starts tapping the register. I can’t say for others but $3 for ten packs of duck sauce seemed a bit extortionate. At this point, I’m thinking.. you have about 742 packs of duck sauce directly in front of you. I feel like, business wise, I would have just gave the person a handful of duck sauce and a menu, to potentially create a positive experience and invoke a return visit in the future. But who am I and what does it matter, moving on. Long story long ah, I end up just buying some crab Rangoon, and for whatever reason she decided instead of handing me my bag, to walk it wide open, go past me to the 742 duck sauces and pick mine out by 2’s. I guess she thought the first 2 was enough, so I’m like “a little more please”. She keeps playing around and I’m over this establishment by this point so I make her keep handing until I’m over ten to make sure I got my monies worth because I won’t be back. (Sn: The crab Rangoon sauce was literally all over the bag and box. I’m nearly certain this was on purpose because the sauce container was as secure as Rubbermaid or Pyrex Tupperware.. I could barely get the top off, yet there’s sauce all down the sides and on everything.. of course no napkins. Sn2: from other reviews, I see Miss thing is a little shady) Environment was dim and dusty.. I don’t know, that could have been on purpose but I digress. There were only 2 couples there, this was at 5:00pm on a Monday. Wasn’t busy, so maybe you guys could still give them a try. I’m not overly distraught about it, but I thought it was just a wild interaction, and I’m pretty good on THE...

I had the worst experience here I spent 100$ for two meals and it was not worth it. first of all came in sat ourselves once the waitress came and grabbed our drink orders the guest with me wanted to order the drink specials they had we was told no one was there to make our drinks and she didn’t know when they’d be there so we got water we kept asking her to explain to me how the all you can crab legs and hot pot worked TOTAL FAIL it was like we was sharing a 80$ all you can eat because all our food came on the same plates and we had to share a pot we had to ask for them to remove the dirty dishes and refill our drinks and I noticed that the staff was friendly to everyone around us but us we had to ask for more all you can crab legs once we got full we asked for a box for the rest of the food they told us NO but there was nothing saying they don’t do that especially because it wasn’t a buffet and I only got one round she said it would be 10$ for a box to take the food that I was paying for and again our crab legs was on one plate but they said no sharing but they made us share at 40.00 per meal once we couldn’t get the box we complained to the OWNER but before that they never brought out my dessert 🍮 that came with my 40$ meal so I asked for it as we complained about how unhappy we were he simply told us “well that’s the way we do things here “ he didn’t offer any kind of apologies nor Compensation not to mention he was loud I mean very loud everyone in the section could hear him which in turn embarrassed me so I went to the car to wait on the rest of my party as they were walking out the owner must of thought we didn’t pay and came out behind us wrote down my plates and proceeded to argue with my husband who have paid the hundred dollar tab I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I WILL PERSONALLY SEE TO IT THAT THEY NEVER TREAT ANYBODY...
