We love Skyzone! I have three children ranging in ages from 5 to 16 and we always have such a great time here! We have memberships here as well as at Urban Air. Nothing against urban air, but it is so loud there and there are so many people and there is so much to do there that in my opinion, it feels a little overwhelming, but we love going there and my kids do too… it’s just not a place I’d like to go often! Sky Zone, however, has plenty to do, it is never overcrowded, and it’s just a more chill yet fun environment. I love the music that they play, especially when they play R&B from earlier years that I haven’t heard in a while!
We are always greeted with a friendly smile, and the staff on the floor are always walking around and almost all of them interact with my children in a fun way, and are always so helpful without being asked! In fact, one of them even helped rescue my daughter, who had FINALLY ran up one of the ramp walls, but then was too scared to slide down the very tall pole! My oldest son was not there with us this time and I’m only 5’2 with shoes on and I was calmly trying to talk her into just sliding down, but she was not budging, and was becoming increasingly very upset. The amazing (and super tall) teenager that was working on the floor had come over on his own to help and he was so patient with her and as he talked her into getting on the pole and as soon as she did that he was tall enough to grab her…I was just so impressed by him! I told him that we needed more of him in this world! The manager wasn’t there at that time, and I never got to complement him to his supervisor! I hope he reads this and remembers who we are, and I want to say thank you so much again!
The facility is always clean, bathrooms included, and the few games that they have are always in working order with the exception of one time. I let them know about the game and right away the manager came over and did all he could to fix it (and eventually he did)… he gave us the two dollars back we had lost to the game plus put in money so that we got to ride once for free. I appreciate that type of customer service!!
Lastly, recently I needed help with the 30 day passes that I had purchased and I didn’t have the receipt or confirmation because they had been sent to a wrong email, which was my error when I put my email address in and not theirs. Within an hour of me calling the Northlake location, they had fixed my email address and had resent me the passes and even sent me a text to check and make sure I had received the email.
Thanks, Sky Zone and keep doing what...

NEXT time we will go to a place & HAPPLY SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY somewhere that’s going to VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS… POOR CUSTOMER SERVES ESPECIALLY WHEN SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. “SHORT STORY” I purchase an all day pass for 5 people $176 plus the drinks so $200 (NO FOOD inside just drink there) the man who help me told me I can go and come as long as I have Wristband still on. He did told me the glow in the dark time inside the place but NEVER told me I have to buy the shirts. After jumping within that HOUR AN HALF we decided to go sit down and eat. We came back they told me the only way we can stay if we BUY AN GLOW IN THE DARK SHIRT . I respect the policy but if ANYONE BUY AN ALL DAY PASS (you would think the SHIRTS go with the all day pass right)? Well NO ‼️‼️ this men name Alex or whatever getting smart with me and my kids. Like arguing not trying to help the situation but fussing with me and got two his young workers laughing like this was a joke. I work HARD FOR MY MONEY BUT PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME IF ANYONE BUY AN ALL DAY PASS THE GLOW IN THE DARK SHIRTS SHOULD BE INCLUDED BECAUSE ITS $7.99 pre shirt. So you telling me I spending my money and I still getting treating like shit and unappreciated. If I would’ve buy the shirts I would’ve spend $240 for poor customer service the lack of Communication brings customer satisfaction but instead it’s a disgrace to the company that this manger on duty was very unprofessional disrespectful and lack of management and the FACT THE PLACE WAS HALF EMPTY you can count on your hand how much people was in the building like they didn’t wanted to work with us.. I will never go back and I am definitely call corporate because an all day pass should of come with the glow in the dark shirt.. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN.. I work just like these people and I know sometimes it gets hard and rough but standing there all day making sure no one get hurts it’s something simple but I might be wrong but the principal of my situation that manger on duty didn’t try to help especially spending money on an all day pass and demanding if I don’t buy the shirts I don’t jump smh NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. the building was EMPTY I saw three cars in the parking a lot around 7 and I still didn’t get to use my time til 10pm. I should’ve never supported this company when they don’t even follow there own standards or RULES.. yall will definitely hear...
Read moreI would like to mention how high the prices are compared to other trampoline gyms when sky zone doesn’t have much to offer inside. The activities are limited. I paid for a 90minute session and my 3yr old was ready to go in under 30mins. I wasn’t able to keep her entertained versus if we go to another location…when we’re leaving she is crying to stay & jump a little longer. Besides that fact, while me & my 3yr old were on the swing an associate walked up to me & informed me another customer had complained about my daughter holding up the swing. I’m a considerate parent so when other children approached us I did remove my daughter from the swing to share & once the other children (siblings) left if she decided to get back on the swing she should have every right to do so because her mother paid for the session just like other parents. I wasn’t too happy with the associate informing me about anything because it showed his lack of professionalism & customer service skills. In all honesty, I could’ve cared less about a parent complaining because their child isn’t getting their way at a public trampoline gym that’s made for kids plus that’s information he should’ve kept to his self & handled as the associate on duty. I would like for sky zone associates to be mindful that it’s a place for kids to explore because of the open floor plan & every parent deserves to feel welcomed especially after paying. The associate was inconsiderate due to him trying to please one customer but failed to think how I would feel when he delivered the message to me. Under no circumstances, I should have been informed to remove my child because another parent is wanting to have a 8 month old in the styrofoam pit (near the swing) and is afraid the older kids will jump or be in her toddlers space & also it’s like a military base…they walk around & approach you for everything….my child is 3yrs old she will need assistance getting out of the styrofoam pit for crying out loud! If sky zone wants to have only one child on the longer swings that could definitely seat two kids on both ends….then add more to prevent your associates from...
