I will NOT recommend this place to any one due to the fact that they are very unprofessional, They don’t Value their customers. We had the reservation for our wedding July 25, 2020 and put a $400.. deposit way back in October last year. On February I sent them a msg that I want to cancel my reservation because of my unexpected health condition and if possible I want my deposit back, it’s 5 months before the wedding but they replied back that sorry as per contract the deposit is not refundable . Ok I get it but that’s it ! After all that they got the money They don’t even call you to follow up if that’s my final decision or even until this time during Covid pandemic , they know that our suppose wedding schedule July 25 , no one reach out to me or call me if we’re postponing or cancelling our wedding . NONE! They don’t communicate with me at all since they got to the money . So I’m not recommending this place to any one . There a better place out there !!! Don’t try to book their place .

Well after a week since I posted my reviews Banquet One responded my review with another excuses and lie ! For your information their way of communication is through texting . their response said that customer cancelled the event in writing due a reason other than Covid and that’s a lie! This is not true, very disrespectful because There’s No communication from them since October 10 when they got the money, No emails no calls from them concerning about wedding and also saying customer was responded in writing in 50 minutes , This is not true! Very unprofessional. Really don’t care about your business .once they will get your money thats all that matters to them. Mind you people In Charlotte surroundings This person who is texting me Is not even mentioning his name.. That’s how they run their business !!! So I will keep on giving them bad reviewed because that’s the Truth

We walked in and had to look around alone as there was no help from anyone. The place was decent but to have a customer look at the venue alone is just insane and bad business! We could have been told from the start that we would just be let in the door. Horrible customer service! Read moreThis company has extremely poor customer service. Each time I try to contact them via text they come across rude and annoyed when you ask questions pertaining to renting the space. When I asked if I could speak with someone via phone, I received a "text" response that they receive a lot of spammers and I should just text whatever questions I have. I simply do not do business this way. I live 4 hours away from this venue and wanted to set up a time to view it and they said "Thursdays at 6:30pm." My reply was: Are you saying your office hours are only Thursdays at 6:30pm their reply was "I didn't say Thursday at 6:30pm." What the what? Who has time to text back and forth?
