I agree with the other negative reviews. I have been a customer since the name was Wachovia and rudeness and lack of concern displayed by the bankers toward clients is unacceptable. I went in to have a simple signature on a document notarized and the manager told me that the one person who could notarize was busy and unless I had an appointment I would just need to be patient.
