Terrible service! I dont understand what is up with this location. I love taco bell. It is my obsession. Me and my mother came here when I heard Nacho fries were back. I got to the drive thru lane and I was told there was a... shift change? And that I'd have to come inside. I did so and didnt know where to order. It was at the kiosk apparently? Never seen a taco bell with one? We ordered and waited a long time. There was a man who came in behind us and he even got a little irritated at the service too. The drive thru lane seemed to have opened around 10 minutes after we ordered. We were still waiting... the cars in drive theu got their orders, but returned to complain about messed up items. Its 15 minutes into the wait. The girls who were servicing the taco bell began to argue and yell at each other about the messed up order. Very unprofessional. At this point another person comes in, leaves becuase of the wait. Someone else comes in, had an online order, and they still didnt make that online order. So he was waiting around for his order. All of us inside begin to look at each other and question. The man that came in with us 30! minutes ago, had finally spoken up and said what's going on we've been waiting. He got a response of, we are going as fast as we can. I myself have worked in fast food and believe me, her movement was not FAST. The man coming in BEFORE us had finally gotten his order and left. The man with the online order didnt get his food yet. And nor did me and my mother. Finally it arrived. 33 minutes after hitting order in the kiosk. I'm not sure if maybe they were short staffed or something, but the whole situation was bogus. I think there were 3 or 4 girls working. Now to the food... we got 4 nacho fries, 2 chicken chalupas, a flatbread chalupa, a crunch wrap supreme with chicken no beef, and a beefy 5 layer and 2 drinks. My churnchwrap tasted funny. Believe it was old tomatoes. It was also burnt. There were these mystery black flakes all over in the chalupa bag. The rest of our food was smashed in the bag. The beefy 5 layer was as thin as a quesadilla! The fries spilled all over the bag. There were like 2 fries out of our 4 boxes that actually had it in the box. Bad expiernece. Never coming back. I'll go to the independence location or the new opened one in sun Valley. I hope for improvement here at this location. Employees must...

We went to this location tonight around 10pm with our hungry kids ordered our food thru mobile app where it said order ready for pickup. When we went there to pickup our order thru drive thru the lady that was working there was very rude and abusive and being very racist saying she can’t take mobile order now .. we said we have already ordered and the money is been taken in our card and we r here for pickup but she kept repeating the same thing that she will not do the mobile order in very unprofessional way and at a very rude tone where my kids were at the back seat were very frightened.. then we politely asked if she can take the drive thru order as my kids were hungry but she never responded and so we were waiting for 10 mins and then moved to the window and still waiting there to get some response but no instead she ignored us and never came to the window and after 15 mins of waiting she opened the window door and yelled that it’s your problem to get your refund and she can’t provide us the food we ordered.. Again we politely requested her and showed our order and she was still very rude and abusive and unprofessional and never gave our order .. so we returned home hungry and also lost our money to the Taco Bell mobile app where there is no option for refund.. she seemed to be racist towards Asian Indian community and didn’t want to give us our food .. Definitely will take this to the management until our issue is solved .. we would never recommend this place for your Taco Bell service.. To the Taco Bell Management : better change the lady who was so rude to us and frightened our kids .. we would never come to such a unprofessional place ever.. change...
