We are adding a master bedroom and master bath to our home, and the plumber informed us that he gets his supplies from 2 places, one being Ferguson, so I went in to look around at my options. The showroom was great, a lot to look at, but after waiting for over 5 minutes for a sales rep, I was paired up with Colleen, who obviously had better things to do than answer my questions. In addition to her poor listening skills, she seemed extremely uninterested in anything I had to say once I informed her that an $800 bathroom faucet was out of my budget. I asked her several times to show me some Moen and Kohler shower fixtures, but after my 3rd request, I gave up, got up from her desk and informed her that I would just go look myself. She never moved from her desk, I was not approached by anyone else, so I quickly and quietly left, absolutely disgusted in their customer service. So although I may not have been worth her time and effort, because I may have only spent around $1500-$2000... being treated so poorly by Colleen, a representative of Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery at 1410 Butterfield Frontage Rd, Downers Grove, IL, the only thing left to say is that I will not ever shop at Ferguson, I will be requesting that my plumber use another source, and as I've done here, I plan to let others know about my experience, and maybe the managers at Ferguson will realize that even the person spending what may be consider as minimal, should still be treated...

I had a bathtub faucet and a sink faucet that needed fixing, and Tony helped me figure out which parts I needed. He had excellent customer service and was even willing to give me his cell phone number and texted me some options and did everything he could to help me solve the issue. After months of back and forth with Jeff the manager at Ferguson's, the manufacturer, LBL, sent a tech out who told us we were sold the wrong electrical setup for our application.
