Don and I are a bit delayed in reaching out to you, and we apologize. Things have been a little chaotic since the wedding. I wanted to thank you so much for the floral arrangements that you and your team worked so hard on preparing. You really took the time to listen to what Don and I envisioned for the wedding, and then you made it more beautiful than what we ever envisioned. I enjoyed working with you so much. The floral arrangements for the ceremony and reception were stunning! When I walked into the reception area, I had to just stop for a moment and take in the beautiful tablescape you and your team prepared. We received so many compliments on the florals, and I saw some of the women taking pictures. My wedding bouquet was also beautiful and more than what I expected. I will send you some pictures.

You also dried some of the flowers from our wedding and had them framed. I know when we spoke, you noted that you were looking for the perfect frames. They are perfect, and they look beautiful in our home. Again, I was stunned at how beautiful they turned out. You did such an amazing job, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to personalize them to our taste. The way you designed the flowers in the frames are gorgeous.

Words cannot express how grateful Don and I are for how special you made our day. I would not have changed anything about it. I just loved working with you. You will see me again as I am going to sign up for workshops offered by Hedge Fine Blooms. I hope you are doing well!

I don’t typically leave reviews for companies I have not done business with, but the customer service I received when I called Hedge Fine Blooms deserves a shout out. I was looking for a florist to put together 3 arrangements for a small dinner (thanks to Covid) for my in-laws 60th anniversary. The first florist I phoned in Charlottesville seemed almost bothered by my phone call, appeared mystified as to how we could make an arrangement work on a 4'x8' table and in the end asked me to email him the information and said he would get back with me. That never happened. I then called Hedge Fine Blooms and spoke with Lesleigh. We spent at least 30 minutes on the phone discussing what would work on our dining table as well as a buffet table where a cake would be displayed. She had some amazing ideas and understood exactly the classic look I was going for. The only issue is that our venue was outside of their delivery area, so we would need to pick up the arrangements. Lesleigh sent me a very competitive quote that evening, knowing I was on the fence with picking them up. (Driving to deliver food or flowers to anyone stresses me out!) If delivery was an option, we absolutely would have used them! (In the end, we did find a florist closer to our venue that could deliver.) Lesleigh was very knowledgeable, attentive and just a joy to speak with. If I ever need to send flowers or recommend a florist to friends in Charlottesville, it most definitely will be Hedge...

We got married in August 2024 and after reviewing three proposals and having conversations with multiple florists selected Hedge Fine Blooms to provide the floral arrangements for our wedding. We are so happy we did and would recommend Hedge Fine every time! We selected Hedge Fine Blooms for the people (Lesleigh and Luisa), and they also delivered the most amazing floral arrangements. From the start, Lesleigh and Luisa were so kind, collaborative, and thoughtful, and listened to us and our vision every step of the way and provided super helpful guidance. They were great to work with. I had a strong vision of exactly what I was and wasn’t looking for, and on my wedding day, the floral arrangements exceeded even my highest expectations. I had requested blue hydrangea and the flowers were the most perfect blue I have ever seen. I was worried about how the roses I had requested would look in the bouquets because I had never seen a precedent of what I was requesting. My worries vanished the moment I saw the arrangements - they looked and smelled amazing, like a dream, with the most perfect roses. Everything, every arrangement was so perfect, so fresh, and so alive. The bouquets stayed alive and fresh, even after hours in the hot Virginia summer sun, so I kept a few, and they were so beautiful the days after that I could not take my eyes off of them (and I like flowers but not usually this much).
