Greenleaf Park is a gem of a neighborhood park, especially for families with kids. The central picnic structure is great for gathering or taking a break in the shade, and the splash pad adds an extra level of fun on warm days.
There are two separate playgrounds, one for younger kids and one for older ones—both clean, well-maintained, and featuring modern playground equipment. The surrounding green space is lovely, with thoughtful landscaping that makes the park feel peaceful and inviting.
Parking was easy, even with our large vehicle, which is rare in smaller parks. That said, the narrow entrance to the parking lot could be easy to miss, especially since there’s a residential home directly at the entrance—it almost feels like turning into a private driveway. A small sign or clearer marking would help.

If you’re ever here and you see a little blonde girl with a blue bow in her hair.. she’s 7 and she’s the coolest 7 year old EVER! Her name is Lauren Cartwright. She’s a neighborhood kid who’ll one day be a star.. she can do 6.. sometimes 7 cartwheels in a row!! Wow!! Every year she gets older she tries to do another cartwheel to match her age! Her last name is Cartwright because she does cartwheels right! Haha. If you’re reading, I love playing with you sweetie, watching you and your card collection and stuffed animals are incredible!

Please take your trash with you if the cans are over full. There is a water fountain. You have to get there early in the spring and summer to get a table. And it’s a hidden gem that’s full of life.
