After our less than 1 year old Kitchen Aid range has an electronic issue we put a call into Kraft. It took another call and an entire week before we got a call back. A part was ordered an appointment scheduled which was then cancelled due to illness. It was rescheduled and we waited an entire day until we called back and were informed this had been cancelled but Nobody.Called.Us When they did come it was the wrong part but we were rescheduled for 10 days later. Bought 4 appliances based on a recommendation from our builder. Items were slightly higher than if I ordered online but I was reassured Kraft's customer service/repair was worth it. ~3 years later, two of the appliances (ice maker in fridge and dishwasher, both Bosch) had internal parts that broke.
