Not all gluten free bread is created equal! Do yourself a favor and let go of the frozen grocery store bread and get yourself a loaf of sourdough. It really is that good. I put off buying it for over a year after seeing Homestead set up at the farmer’s market, for no other reason besides that I’m frugal. After tasting it once, I’m a weekly customer.
