Super Bit Cville — Attraction in Charlottesville

I just found this place through a friend and let's just say it was absolutely awesome. I ended up picking up a GameCube ends out of the wind waker from there today and absolutely thrilled with everything I got. Had an amazing selection for all consoles going back to NES. Maybe even further I'm going to familiar with older games but super cool store. Definitely recommend it. Anyone looking for retro games at good prices. Just wanted to add to this review. Best customer service I've ever dealt with. I ended up getting home played my GameCube that night and then unfortunately the system died the next morning. This happens when buying old consoles but called the store. They told me to bring it in there. Tested out and sure enough. Unfortunately the GameCube was dead. They went over and beyond to make sure I was happy they sent me up with a Wii that was backwards, compatible and even throwing extra controllers for the Wii. Let me keep my original game. Keep controller and gave me a copy of Wii sports. The best thing ever 100% recommend them...

Out of all the Retro game stores I've been to across the many states, I can can confidently say this was the most impressive.

Don't let it's size fool you, there's more available here than you'll ever expect. Browsing the merchandise was nigh overwhelming, and I say that in a positive regard.

In my adventures, most stores have little to offer, a lack of customer service, and don't have much knowledge of what merchandise they do have.

Super Bit has wonderful customer service from the moment you walk in. I truly felt welcome and the knowledge that the owners have regarding their merchandise I have yet to find anywhere else.

FINALLY! I was always surprised Charlottesville lacked a store like this, and we've been here over two decades now. It was such an obvious choice! Super Bit has great staff, very knowledgeable on retro and modern gaming. The selection is impressive, with some cool rare items and all the classics you might be looking for. Prices are definitely in-fitting with current market standards and the layout is very sleek. In addition they have other items like collectible VHS, some board games (including some AH titles I noticed), and other things like video game character plushies. Definitely something to check out and let's hope they continue to thrive here because we really needed this! It's right near The End Games and Hello! Comics, so that area is really turning into a nerd paradise that I'm happy to...
