Below was how it used to be..5 STAR.. Now It is terrible. What in the world. I even spent 1+ hour with Mac to get stuff straight on 10/10/24 and either it just got completed or will be this is over month later. Mac never completed her tasks of "looking into" rentals questions I posed. Making it worse, I had even written notes for her on paper to remind her to complete with issues. Oh, That's right she took time off, went out of town or not in office...Time to change agents and maybe even companies. I HAVE TOO MANY POLICIES TO GET THIS TREATMENT. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND UPFRONT WITH MY weakening TOLERANCE FOR THE OFFICES LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH and THUS why I met with her 10/10/24. I UNDERSTAND NOW AFTER DEMANDING TIME WITH MAC, THAT IS WHERE THE ISSUES START. I recently worked with Gabrielle for a term life insurance policy with a return of premium, and she was incredibly helpful. I had no idea a term policy could have a return of premium feature, which is a big deal for me as I’m in the special forces. Knowing that I’m covered if something happens, but also getting my money back at the end of the term if nothing does, is reassuring. This State Farm office was my insurance hub for many years while we lived in Charlottesville. They took really good care of us and gave us great deals on our insurance. Every so often, I would get a call from them to ensure I was getting the most out of my services and to ask if there was anything else we needed.

They were also really helpful through an accident claim process that took months to resolve. They answered my questions and helped me get on the right track when I needed help in the moment. After moving away and canceling my plan, they continued to go out of their way to ensure my claim was resolved appropriately and that I got our refund back. This office went out of their way to help us even though we were no longer their customers!
