I absolutely loved Grayce Bridal in Chattanooga! I originally scheduled an appointment in October or November of last year but had to cancel because my mom needed emergency surgery. The team was so kind, understanding, and empathetic when I explained the situation. They gave us time and space before reaching out a few months later to check in and see if we were ready to reschedule.

Every time I spoke with Dominique on the phone, she went out of her way to ask how my mom was doing before discussing anything else. Her genuine excitement for my appointment made me even more thrilled to go. Although I was initially a little disappointed that Dominique wasn’t my stylist when I arrived, I quickly fell in love with Tiffany.

Tiffany was amazing—extremely professional yet felt like a trusted friend. She truly listened to all of our thoughts and perfectly tailored the dresses she chose to what we were looking for. Every dress she brought out was stunning, and it was so hard to find anything negative to say about them. Tiffany wasn’t over-the-top or pushy and never made me feel rushed. Her balance of expertise and sincerity made the experience perfect.
