Revive Aesthetics - Chattanooga — Attraction in Chattanooga

It’s taken me a little while to decide if I wanted to share my experience at Revive and here goes. I came to them by referral and only because my injector I had for the last several years moved out of state, who was amazing btw. I feel that sharing the names of the staff is unnecessary however they will know who they are. Owner, maybe if my one phone call to them was returned they could have redeemed some of the terrible service I received but have to give them a 0; didn’t bother to call me when I left a polite message that I wanted to speak with them. Girl at the front 10, Nurse (my injector) well she would have been an 8 but after my full experience with her have to say 2 and the assistant to her definitely 0. The reason for these ratings is as follows: The assistant thinks she knows more than she does and has an attitude of self elevation, I have been a medical professional 23 years been receiving injections a couple of years now. She treated me as if I knew nothing, was very condescending as was my opinion from the moment I met her before I received any treatment. The nurse I do feel was knowledgeable but absolutely doesn’t entertain questions well at all and instead of being understanding decides to accuse me by email of harassment of staff, slandering her integrity by getting info to the owner about my experience, and being berating. Well all I can do is laugh to all of that as I have all correspondence with them in writing as they like texting as communication which clearly shows I did absolutely none of that. All I expected was my lip filler to be done right and it was absolutely not done correctly I still can feel a lump inside my bottom left lower lip and while most of the unevenness has subsided it’s the worse lip filler treatment I have ever received . The Botox I was pleased with other then paying for my bunnies twice and nothing has still taken as it should have but of course that is not the injectors fault, its me haha 🤣. The facility is beautiful in the lobby but feels like an exam room when you finally get to the back. I was told to be there 10 to 15 minutes early but they were late getting me started. While I was waiting I ask for a brochure so I could see their price list for services which are not listed on the website. I was told they did not have any because they had recently changed prices and the new brochures were not there yet. I was there for for a hydrafacial and had been told over the phone that it was $199. I ask about discounts and also if that price included the neck and chest. I was told they did not know and that no one had ask before. So once I finally got to the room and was on the exam table, I was told that she would do my neck and chest but never stated the cost. The facial was less than a hour and was effective, we talked the entire time. The lady never introduced herself, I don't know her name, but she was nice. When I went to the desk, the girl who checked me out ask her if she did everything on the list, I wonder if the prices were on there? She then said my bill was $350! Are you kidding. I reminded her that over the phone she said $199 and we never discussed the cost of a upcharge. I was never told that the neck and chest would cost anything. The one that did my facial stated that even Massage Envy charges $350 for a hydrafacial! I was very intimated by the whole thing. That's when they said the neck and chest cost the same as the face. The communication there is poor, the girls are kinda not very friendly or maybe it's the flat botox expressionless face. I have never been anywhere that the prices were not listed in a menu of services. No way was that worth $350 or $300. I'm totally disappointed and...

I’ve been a client at Revive-Chattanooga for 3 years now! I initially went to start routine dysport and get advice about medical grade skin care. Cami was absolutely the kindest, most informative and most realistic with me and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction into the world of aesthetics! I have since received multiple treatments from Cami, from lip filler to Sculptra and everything in between! She has such a gift for providing natural enhancements. When looking at her work on her Instagram you can tell she is an artist. I respect and appreciate Cami for being honest with me when she thinks a treatment won’t provide the results I am looking for. I have yet to look at any results from the multiple sessions I have had with her and been unsatisfied! I look forward to every appointment with her.
