This is going to be a very detailed review on my personal experience here at this special location. The morning crew is so wonderful! I have to personally speak on certain people who really brighten up my day! Arielle is a motivated hard worker - she goes above and beyond whether it's meal delivery or being inside at the register, doing drinks or at the window. Her warm smile and eagerness to serve is top tier! Daneriya is another favorite who I enjoy seeing each time I come to dine in! She has such a lovely and beautiful spirit! Very positive and focused when it comes to the early morning rush she goes above and beyond, more than what I expect!!! Jamie is such a hard worker as well! Making sure that everything is in order while also having a true genuine heart and utmost compassion when she speaks to the employees. She has even personally prayed for me when I was going through a hard time. I thank her for that! She really takes the time to talk even if it's just for a second which I admire so very much! I absolutely love seeing Ashton in the mornings, he always has one of the biggest and brightest smiles that you can't help but to smile back even if you aren't a morning person. Lol. Valeria is indeed professional, hardworking and keeps everything in alignment along side with Katherine! They both are excellent with their customer service! I can't forget about David! One of the most important leaders that doesn't just tell people what they need to do but he actually puts in the work and goes out the way to serve the customers with whatever they need. There are other employees I have spoken to that really make this establishment feel like home. They know exactly who they are and their hearts are so beautiful and pure! The atmosphere is pleasant and I definitely feel God whenever I am dining in. Read moreWe almost had a disaster in the drive through line, but the Chick Fil A workers scrambled to help!
Our van overheated while in the drive through line (not because they were slow! It was quite reasonable). While talking to the sweet worker taking my order, my engine made a weird noise and smoke/steam started billowing out from under the hood.
Fearing it might be a potential fire, I got my 7-year-old out quickly and sent him to the care of other workers on the sidewalk. By the time I had opened the hood, several higher-up workers/ managers were there to help me assess the situation, redirect the drive-through line, and even offer to push the van across the road to the Kohl's parking lot.
Since there was no danger of fire (the coolant was boiling over), I was able to drive it there safely. Our order was brought out to us swiftly, and shortly after that, the manager came to check on us and invite us to keep cool in the dining room (which was still only open for employees) while we waited for AAA to arrive.
EVERYONE was so kind and helpful!!! Despite our van breaking down, our afternoon was sweet and calm. Even though our car trouble was really not their problem, Chick Fil-A jumped right in and treated us like beloved family members. Truly amazing customer care, above and beyond any I've ever experienced!!

Read moreWe stopped here after a 10 hour drive to pick up dinner before heading to our hotel for the night. It was 8:40 on a Friday night and it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any Chick Fil A. We ordered our food and waited in line, when we got to the window they asked our name and asked us to pull to the side because our order wasn’t ready. After waiting there for 10 minutes I got out to see what was going on because every other car was getting their food and driving off. The lady that was outside the window delivering food was very kind and apologetic but the woman standing in the window handing food out (I’m pretty sure she was the manager) was incredibly rude. When I asked what was taking so long she ignored me and just turned around and left the other employee to explain the situation. She kept looking back out of the window at me but never once acknowledged or gave me an explanation. As the manager it is your job to ensure that your business is running smoothly.. she couldn’t even offer a simple apology. I was just trying to get my food quickly and get my 2 tired kids to the hotel but somehow sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The food was good but the managers attitude was disappointing.
