I WAITED 45 MINUTES TO EAT OFF DIRTY DISHES 🤦🏾‍♀️ they kept bringing out dishes that was dirty that had my food I was suppose to eat. It started with the glass I received with my coke in it. I picked it up and dropped immediately the outside of the glass felt disgusting. It had particles all on the outside of the glass, hard dried particles. My waiter never came back, so I had to ask someone else for another drink. Once the waiter came back with my soup, he put the soup on the table and left. I picked up my spoon in the back of the spoon hard dry particles on the back of it so I waited. My waiter. Never came back, so I asked another waiter. Could I get some to go silverware? I touch the outside of my soup bowl, and it also has stuff on the outside. By this time I was disgusted. Now my entree comes out longhorn salmon. I felt my plate on the salmon and it seem to be fine. However, whoever grilled my salmon didn’t use any seasoning I am a long time longhorn customer. I am very aware of what the food is supposed to taste like I did not get that taste last night. I did not get the experience I will not be back. The manager never came to the table. The waiter said the managers name was Gabe🤬 The manager walked around my table several times and never came even when I asked for one.I FINALLY JUST LEFT OH AND THE SERVER SAID OH WE TOOK CARE OF YOUR BILL 🤬🤬🤬 UMMM YOU THINK I WISH I WOULD HAVE PAID ONE RED CENT IF THEY CONTINUE LIKE THIS THEY COULD HAVE STAYED CLOSED AND WE CAN KEEP...

We were so wonderfully delighted and amazed with the absolutely wonderful food and service we received at your location. We live right down the road and have had the worst luck with quality of food and/or customer service in this area in particular. But you have restored our hope in being able to eat I out in our own backyard. First off, best service ever! We didn't have to ask or want for anything it was amazing! We just sat back and relaxed and wet served and treated like true valued guests. The appetizer we had was white cheddar bacon dip and it was amazing almost a meal in its self. And the homemade bread was warm and delicious. I ordered a steak the grilled sirloin and red rock grilled shrimp to be exact that came prepared exactly the way I ordered it and tasted like heaven! I also had a side salad that was well made and the dressing complimented so very well. And a loaded baked potato that completed the best dinner I had, had in such a long time. Even though I was completely full and couldn't dare eat another bite the dessert menu was sensually and seductively whispering in my ear and this chocolate I could not refuse lol! I got it to go, but I had to have the chocolate stampede and it did not disappoint later after my food had settled. It lived up to everything I had hoped for and dreamed of and then some. You scored high marks in every way my husband and I were amazed and will be coming back very soon, thank you for showing us good food and good service...

I love that Longhorn makes their lunch menu available Monday through Saturday. It’s great that we don’t have to order full size menu options on a Saturday afternoon. I was in that location on Saturday June 26. We ordered burgers, passing on appetizers in exchange for dessert. Mine came with fries, my companion selected a Caesar salad. My burger arrived perfectly seasoned and cooked to order. It didn’t need any additional condiments or seasonings. My companion was face first in the salad and barely looked up. I am not a strawberry person, but my companion is and, frankly, it’s been too hot for chocolate. So we split the strawberry shortcake. This dessert could make me change my mind about strawberries. The layers of sponge were light and not terribly sweet. The strawberries were not overly sweet, the syrup drizzled over the cake was and carried the bulk of the sweetness. This dessert is shareable. It was a refreshing cake and a perfect end to the burgers. Let me talk about service. I’m terrible with names, but I made sure to remember Alex. He was amazing, polite, knowledgeable and patient. He kept my glass full, made sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our orders. He made sure we felt comfortable and appreciated as customers. That level of service is hard to come by and I appreciate it. My only “dining” are the hostesses.
