Cooper River Park — Attraction in Cherry Hill Township

One of my favorite places to go and relax. Whether you're looking for a place to take a walk, go for a jog, people watch, fish, or even just relax. The park is always clean and tidy and not littered about. Tons of different locations around the park to explore. In the summer along the Cherry Hill side, you can find food carts, smoothie carts, or even Mr. Softee from time to time. It's conveniently located near a ton of establishments, and in walking distance from a few hotels nearby. This park has a lot of really nice shady spots to set up a blanket and have a picnic. There is even a few swings in a couple trees scattered around the park. For anyone geocaching this is a great location with many of geocached spots to find. There is a porta potty located at the collingswood historical House along the river if a bathroom is needed when visiting. Local row teams use the water for practice and tournaments. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!!! I'm writing this on the CHERRY HILL review due to this is now the SECOND needle I've found over on this side smfh the boat races come the township cleans and utilized ALL aspects of protection for OUT OF TOWN PPL but CLEARLY DO NOT CARE ONE BIT OF TAX PAYING CAMDEN COUNTY RESIDENTS!!!!!! I called for police for the first needle... not this time as they didn't even show up so BE CAREFUL ppl bc the township surely doesn't care!!!

STOP ALLOWING THE GEESE TO BE HURT AND RAN OFF THEY ARE A PROTECTED BIRD!!!!! PUT SIGNS UP TO LET PPL KNOW THEY HAVE EGGS AND WILL ATTACK!!!!! All this money Cherry Hill gets from revenue and it’s a mess you hate the very natural surroundings that actually attracts ppl!!!!!!

The water ways are riddled w trash on any little beach part. It’s so sad over the years how Cherry Hill has single handed...

Wonderful park with an almost 4 mile walkway around a section or Cooper River. Good place to walk, run (track), bike ride, picnic, or just sit and read - even a new bocci court (have to bring your oun balls) Cooper River Yacht Club has wonderful sailing classes & across the river is the rowing facility. Plenty of parking & after the virus restrictions are lifted, a Great playground. I've been told the restaurant is good (haven't been & not sure of status) 2 food trucks on North Park...
