Despicable service. Not in line with their so called “great service” Or values. Horrible. The last time I will ever come here. I placed an order on the app 30 minutes ago. Joined the drive thru line they swear was closed off, but I easily drove my big truck right up through it. So clearly it was not. Nobody comes to the speaker box for a good ten minutes so I proceed through the line to get up front. The girl at the pick up counter asks what my name is. I tell her she says oh did you order, j said yeah kn the app but nobody answered the box. She said oh that’s because it is closed. I said oh well. I was able to pull right on up to it. So clearly it wasn’t!!! I drove a huge SUV. If I can roll right up to the box that doesn’t indicate it’s closed! Stick a sign on it or something! For Christ sakes! The other chic fil a restaurants have a green light red light 🚦 system. So now, regardless whether or not the lane was open or closed it is a so what, now what situation. I’m here now, in front of you. I already placed my order on the app. So instead of checking me in then, the girl just tells me to pull forward. Now I am thinking she was “working” on the order. So I go ahead and pull forward to wait. I’m waiting now for a good 15 minutes (again) so I get out the car to go see what’s going on. They say to me “what’s your name?” Again! They didn’t even check me in the first time I was at the window!!!!!! Yes, when the girl told me to pull forward. I’m irate now. I’ve been waiting for no reason. She could’ve told me that she wasn’t going to process the order and for me to drive around through the drive thru again. or something. No she told me to pull up and wait. So I said I ordered only two things, and now three or four of them are arguing back and forth with me about how I didn’t follow the process or somehow “cut the line”. It was insulting for one. To even insinuate I’m doing something wrong, when it was either an accident on their behalf or mine. Like Lady, I am not so desperate for a damn coffee to cut a line. I wasn’t even getting food that was for my son. Cut the crap! Then, I ask is this how chick fil a operates? They now in unison, yes, nasty and condescending tone. We operate this way when you follow the procedure. I wanted to say lady, and mistakes happen. So fix it and move on. Stop making a thing. Like why are you doing this? It’s disgusting and vile. Are you mad because you work in fast food? What is the axe to grind here? Just make the order!!! Like I cannot understand for the life of me their head on insistence to be so combative and antagonizing. So now, I am getting pissed. I do raise my voice and ask again. Is this how chic fil a operates. They double down, with their yes! Then some employee with a black eye already, comes and slow walks over to me in an intimidating fashion like some sort of trailer trash and says “I’m going to have to ask you to leave”. I said I would leave but I paid for this already. Oh no you didn’t we didn’t make it you didn’t pay for it, okay cool. She double checks I wasn’t charged. Tells me have a good day. I yell a few lovely choice words at her because I am beyond myself at that point, because it was all so unnecessary. There was no conflict resolution skills here, they weren’t trying to fix any problem or misunderstanding that may have happened. They were looking to blame, insult, antagonize, and argue with someone. Guess what? It wasn’t going to be me. I wasn’t going to let them treat me like utter garbage for just trying to get an order. It was vile. When I tell you that I have never been treated so poorly in my life…. I mean it. At Chic fil a no less!!!! I have a terminal degree and make over six figures, I don’t deal with unintelligent people on the daily and certainly not people who have a complex or go out of their way to belittle their customers. They all should be fired. Every last one of that morning shift needs a new line of work. They don’t deserve jobs when they do not know how to deal with people or operate in times of mishaps or...
Read moreHere’s my 2 cents. I come to this chick-fil-a regularly, probably twice a week for my daughter who adores their nuggets. Everyone knows how great chick-fil-a is, it’s one of the most reputable brands out there. A well oiled machine that keeps getting better as they continue to integrate things to make their quality of service better because we all know the food is unmatched as far as fast food goes. I had an experience here last week that is making me contemplate never going again for the sheer disregard of me as a loyal paying customer. I got my usual order of 3 12ct nuggets which equals out to be $23.96. Here is where my issue lies…I pay cash($24.00), and when the attendant brings me my change he gives me 2 pennies and hands me my food. I address the attendant and explain to him that I believe I’m still owed 2 cents. He walks back inside to check and see if the automated register dispensed my correct change. He walks back out to me after acknowledging another attendant and laughs at me saying “yeah, I don’t know why the machine only gave us 2 pennies for your change but have a nice night”. I was ushered away in absolute disbelief that anybody could treat somebody else this way, especially being a representative of such an impeccable brand. Now listen, at the end of the day it’s 2 cents we’re talking about here. It’s not going to kill me. It’s the principle of the matter that leaves me jarred. This location needs to train their staff better, if anything on this type of experience or potential situation. It’s simply silly of me to need to address this to the general public. In an ever changing world where cash is diminishing, I enjoy supporting all business by paying cash. It doesn’t give anybody the right to give back the false change no matter what denomination. Figure it out, there was no manager present to rectify this situation, and the employee didn’t even try to bring it to a managers attention. Stupid and...
Read moreI frequent this Chick-fil-a 3 to 4 times a week spending a minimum of $10 to $17.00/18.00 each time. Tonight I drove away; and, won't be back anytime soon because the person who was taking my order switched over to another car/customer who was in the other drive thru lane. So my orders of $30.-$40. to $64.-$72. a week aren't enough to be given consideration, instead of being blown off because the other customer took presidence. The Chick-fil-a employee was clearly taking my order; and, then blatently cut me off. I had a question about the beverage I wanted to order; and that seemed to cause the problem. Well, dismissing one customer, the one you were attending to in order to take care of another customer might not sit well with customer #1, (perhaps this is the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for this particular Chick-fill-a). If it is the SOP, that's a business and customer service decision made by this Chick-fil-a location. My decision as a frequent customer tonight was I left Chick-fil-a without ordering; and, my decision based on how I was treated as a customer, is that, I will...
