Philadelphia Eagles Pro Shop — Attraction in Cherry Hill Township

I gifted my sister an eagles jacket from here as present since she just gave birth to my niece. Unfortunately the jacket did not fit and she had to return it. I could not believe the way they treated her when she tried to make the return. A young woman told her the jacket “smelled like perfume” even though there was a sticker and tag on it. The young employee then went on to berate my sister on why would she buy that size then and implied she wore it so they would not accept the return. My poor sister then had to call the manager Brittany who also gave her a hard time. The way my sister was treated and the amount of wasted going to the store and calling the manager with a newborn at home is appalling. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! End of story she went to Philly location which was more than accommodating. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A PRO SHOP GO TO THE ONE IN PHILLY WHERE THEY TREAT PEOPLE...

I gave this shop 3 Stars because I really didn't want to totally screw their average rating. However in reality I only wanted to rate it 1 star. This however is not particularly their fault as I never got to go inside to shop. I recently visited some friends in Philly (Up from Southwestern Virginia) and "Googled" where I could get Eagles gear as the pro shops in Philly were closed due to COVID-19. It brought up this shop in New Jersey as opening up at 10:00 a.m. (I figured different state different ordinances) So I fought the traffic and paid the toll to cross the Delaware River only to find the shop closed also for "The Rona". I would give 5 starts for over all love the store. But the products they sell aren't the best. Reebok jerseys never had strings all over the Jersey. Nike apparently doesn't care. I was informed by the staff that every Jersey has strings on them. I looked for a jersey for about an hour without strings dangling. I did purchase a jersey and a few hats. The Jersey I really wanted it but almost didn't buy to the quality it was made. NFL stands for not for long. The should look at there apparel that they are represented by.
