UPDATE 7/15/24 - Soon after I posted the below review, I received a call from the regional manager. He sincerely apologized and gifted me $250 in store credit for my troubles (which I received in the mail today along with a nice handwritten card). I certainly appreciate his goodwill gesture and, as such, I am adjusting my original 2-star rating to a 3-star rating.
I did not have a good customer service experience with Amini's in Chesterfield.
I stopped in to look at ceiling fans for my new outdoor enclosed deck. I picked out a model I liked and ordered two of them. I was told that they would be delivered within two weeks and that is exactly what is on my paperwork. After not hearing from Amini's for three weeks, I called to inquire. To my surprise, I was told that the fans were ready to be picked up. Why I didn't receive a call, text, or email telling me the fans were ready for pickup remains unclear.
That day, I drove over to Amini's to pick them up. However, I noticed as I was loading them into my car that one box of fan blades had a different model number than the other box. I pointed this out to the salesman, we opened the box, and sure enough the fan blades were the wrong color. So, nobody at Amini's actually compared the model number on the box with the model number on my order to ensure the product Amini's received from the manufacturer was correct. You would think this would be standard operating procedure.
The salesman assured me that he would order replacement blades right away. Well, having not heard from Amini's in about 10 days, I called to inquire as to the status. The gentleman put me on hold for a few minutes. When he returned, he told me he needed to get some more information and that he would call me back later in the day. I did not hear from him later in the day.
So, I called back the following day and spoke with a different person. She also put me on hold and when she returned, she said she needed to get some more information and would call me back in 20 minutes. I did not hear back from her in 20 minutes, but she did call back a couple of hours later. She indicated that the blades were in quality control at the manufacturer and that she would call me the following day with a tracking number. She never called me with a tracking number.
Six days later (today), Amini's called to tell me that the fan blades were ready to be picked up. No offer to deliver them despite the fact that I live only 15 minutes from the store. That would have have been a nice gesture.
I drove to the store and picked up the fan blades today. While there, I asked to speak with the manager of the lighting department. He came out and I explained the entire situation. Although he was fairly apologetic, there was no offer of any compensation for my troubles or to install the fans at no cost. That also would have been a nice gesture and would have made up for having to wait over 6 weeks for two fans.
I can't comment on the quality of the fans yet since they are not installed, but I hope it is better than the customer...

And let me tell you, the hot tub itself is simply breathtaking. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is evident from the moment you set eyes on it, and the experience of using it is nothing short of luxurious. The jets are powerful and soothing, and the ambient lighting and built-in sound system make for the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company and their hot tubs enough. The quality of service and the product itself are simply outstanding, and I am so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience. If you're in the market for a hot tub, look no further than this company - you won't be disappointed!

Meaning: the multiple product lines, accessories, furnishings, and entertainment are well made, quality driven, and versatile for what ever tastes, and purchasing interests you may have. I recommend walking the entire shop as you will discover gems that you may not have even thought would compliment your outdoor/indoor needs.
The pool table selection for manufacturing, design, and costs can reflect a modest cost (in other words-not going to break the bank) to very high end tables.
Ask about floor models that are (clearance), promotions, and sales. You may find some very affordable tables that are awesome.
The sales department is not pushy, cares and listens to your questions, requests, and interests. I would say they are more than sales people, they are experts in the field and are very knowledgeable.
They take pride in their operation, products, and will deliver (and set up) in my case, a pool table generally at no real cost.
My sales person was Josh. He was very insightful. Considerations on room space at your home for the table placement and size is something he can figure/map well.
