After being disappointed with other attractions being closed, we decided to go on the Ferris wheel. On their website, it says they close at 9 PM. We arrived around 7:45, tickets in hand, only to be told that they close at 8 and that the google information “isn’t always accurate”. But it was not google, it was their direct website. Not sure if this is the piers fault or the employees not wanting to work later, but we were very disappointed. Support will not answer either.
