‼️Sultry Streps Boutique‼️ 1112 S Delano Ct. One of many shops inside Roosevelt Collection Shops
I placed an order on 5/11/2021 Order# 821 for top called Jenny Top cost of $45.00 + tax = $49.61 then on 5/18/2021 I sent an additional $10.00 for shipping, I was unable to go pickup the merchandise in the store. I received an email on 5/20/2021 the item was shipped. I received the order on 5/22/2021. The top was too small, I immediately contacted the owner by direct message on her business Instragram page. Please see the pictures of the dates and conversation history. I knew the store did not offer refunds. I went into the store with hopes to exchange the top for a different top in different style color pink. That top appeared extremely small too. I do not remember the exact date I went the store. Especially since it was over 6 months ago, the only time I shopped there was online 5/11/2021! The only time I went into the store was the day I returned the Jenny Top. Now on 11/26/2021 I placed an order for COLORFUL YARN GLOVES SKU: #01017 and BLING SUNGLASSES SKU: #00266 COLOR: BLACK 1 × $15.00 I contacted the store the website did not give an option to use gift card. I gave the lady on the telephone (who I learned later in the conversation was the owner) the gift card information. She then tells me the balance on the gift card is $0. Which is definitely inaccurate information, she stated she would look into this and get back with me. Now this morning 11/29/2021 I received a direct message on Instagram stating these cards and program have been discontinued. Claim she was able to pull a legacy card report. Now I would think 1) I should not have to remember the exact date for an owner to check surveillance camera. 2)Checking her legacy card report in May and June 2021, should definitely show refund of $49.61 and any purchases made with this card. I have contact Clover the company Sultry Steps apparently was during business with at the time of my return. I am still waiting for a call back. Which this is something the owner should have done!!! I filed a report with Better Business Bureau with images of Instagram direct message conversation. All the owner did was repeat what I had already stated, she had no resolution. She only offered dishonesty and expect me to remember the exact date I was in her boutique returning the Jenny Top. I even asked her to check her camera and etc. I highly recommend shop with ❌caution ❌at...
Read moreI have recently moved to the property and everything has been outstanding, other than the disgusting state of the retail-managed areas. We have noticed the three pet relief areas are not maintained, leading to many residents allowing their animals to use the entirety of the property as a bathroom. Spend 5 minutes watching the property and you will see animals urinating on the walls of the shopping center and defecating on the sidewalk. In at least the last month, the dog relief area by the train station has not been cleaned (many turf photos below are from there). Some of the diahhrea spots have been there since we moved in. The trash (cigarette/joint butts, water bottles, etc.) has also not been cleaned since we moved in. You can't stomach the smell in any of the relief areas, especially on a warm day, due to the odor of fermented urine. The alley in the images is littered with feces and trash that hasn't been picked up. The door is the entrance to the building, and the wet spot that seems to always be there is urine. The next-closest dog relief area (an additional 5 minute walk from this one, where most residents live above) is also not maintained. The handy-dandy hand sanitizer has no top, so its just rain water.
Please prioritize maintaining the cleanliness of the property so those of us who live here can be proud of doing so. I am sure the retailers who have not left and future retailers who are debating a lease here would agree!

Read moreMy husband and I lived here for a year and a half and cannot say enough great things about this apartment building. The apartment itself was gorgeous and the area around the building was fantastic. It’s very apparent that the property owner takes great care of the grounds and they are constantly updating the planters and the flower beds based on the season. We have lived in a city now for 17 years (Philly, Chicago, New York) and we never felt as safe as we did living at the Roosevelt Collection. The security team takes their jobs very seriously and any time we had an issue, they took care of it right away. We became so close with Erica (the lead security person) that we exchanged Christmas gifts with her! The leasing agents were incredible, especially Dom and Delaney. After we moved out we realized there were packages at the building for us and Delaney didn’t hesitate to help us track them down. They make you feel like you’re a member of their family and we miss them and everyone that works in the building so much! If you’re looking for a place to rest your head in the South Loop, look no further than the Roosevelt...
