Critical Review of Southgate Market Parking Garage
As a long-time member of the LA Fitness gym located at Southgate Market, I have unfortunately witnessed a decline in the quality of the parking experience over the past six months. The parking garage, once a convenient amenity, has become a source of frustration and inconvenience for gym-goers and shoppers alike.
One of the most pressing issues is the ticket kiosks. Far too often, these machines malfunction or process validation tickets and payments with significant delays. This has resulted in lines of vehicles stretching onto the second floor of the garage, with wait times frequently exceeding 30 minutes. The fumes from the idling cars create an intolerable environment, making the experience not only frustrating but also uncomfortable and potentially hazardous to health.
Moreover, the lack of adequate staffing exacerbates the situation. There is rarely an attendant on duty to manage the chaos, and when none is available, the mall security has no ability step in. I tried calling them when I was stuck in the lot on the second level for more than 20 minutes once.
In a time when customer service should be a priority, the Southgate Market Parking Garage falls woefully short. The combination of malfunctioning equipment, long wait times, and unhelpful staff creates a perfect storm of inconvenience. For those of us who frequent the gym and the market, this experience is unacceptable and needs urgent attention from management. A review of operations and a commitment to improving service and infrastructure are essential to restore the parking garage to a functional state that meets the needs...

Overall Southgate is convenient for shopping variety with DSW, Marshall's, Whole Foods, Michels, Starbucks and Panera (love that Broccoli...

What really was getting my goat was the deli worker was just as slow as she was and he had to be younger than...
