As of right now, I’m not impressed by the service. I had the option of paying a little extra to receive my rc’s sooner than later, before I head out of town. When I ordered it I was happy to pay the extra shipping so I could take my rc’s on the road with me. Nope, that’s not happening. Won’t be here till a day after I head out of town. I called to see what’s going on and they told me, that’s what our system shows. I told them that’s not what your system showed when I decided to purchase the extra shipping cost to receive it earlier than the original date. If it’s not going to be there before I head out of town, then why would I pay the extra shipping just for it to wait 3 weeks sitting at my house. I wanted it so I could enjoy them on the road. Guess that won’t be happening. Also I could have just went into any store and picked them up…. But I was told by many people to get it here. Yup, not listening to people anymore. Bad experience. Read moreI looove the people at AMain! We moved to Chico about 2 months ago, and when we were browsing at bikes downtown, we were at AMain (Cycle Sport), and that's where we first met Brandon. Out of the all bike shops downtown, we ended up liking AMain the best only because we liked the people!
The Owners had us (ThumbWorks Sports Massage) over to give sports massages to the employees. The owners, every single employee I met, (had to been close to everyone) was super nice and friendly, and normal! For a corporate office, no one was dressed in suits and were uptight. Everyone was casual, yet very professional,and just regular people. The owners do an awesome job taking care of their people, and you can feel the family-like environment walking through the place. My last day massaging there, I told Ryan, "if I worked here, I'd never leave"

Instead it started to Get extremely extremely hott, I quickly got with customer service at fir it was ok, but after asking the hard question of getting it replaced or repaired i got no reply back, ive email many times, im not going to disrespect them.
