Chico — Attraction in Chico

Canceled our train without telling or notifing us and we didnt find out until it just didnt arrive and we called them because of course there is no one at this station. So we missed our flight out of Sacramento airport and my fathers funeral since the next bus or train out was 12 hour later. Thanks for the absolute horrible service Amtrak. Another ridiculous things is i m still waiting on my refund...

It's a bus train depot. Would be nice if they had someone there that would sell Amtrak bus and or train tickets. Thank God Amtrak bus service allows you to board without a ticket and pay when you get to Sacramento. If you are taking the train ticket online it's...

You know when it's 4am and you and a few dozen people on the train are trying to sleep.... This station needs to shut off the damn bells for the 15 min the train is sitting here..... Worst station on the entire coast...
