I purchase $271.40 this evening (8/11), and one of the items was a buy 2 get 1 free. At the register I ask for assistance on the 3rd item as there was none on the shelf. The cashier invoices me out for all 3, and calls for help to get the 3rd item. The "Customer Service Manager" is then called to the register, who I tell my situation to, and completely ignores me, and tells the cashier that he doesn't have another and to refund me for the 3rd one, which again...was no charge (buy 2 get 1 free). No solution offered, and the cashier could not refund me for the 3rd one as it was free, so I have a receipt showing I received something that I did not. Not Happy with how I was treated here.

There was like literally no customer service here at all. Walked pass 4 employee (all looked at me but acted like they were to busy) and no one bothered to ask if I need help but one of the dude asked a lady that was behind me if she needed help. I went in to purchase a monitor stand and the only box on the shelve was damage. I asked the cashier if she could open the box and see if the item is damage. Can't believe this place needs managements approval to have package open. If I can rate a zero I would.

Went in here to find some stickers that will possibly stick to plastic drawers, a quad pad and some ruled index cards for recipes. Helpful people, they asked if they could help me but I love to look at all they have so I was good. Found the index cards and very happy it came in a two pack of three colors which is perfect for Breakfast, Lunch and dinner by color code. The stickers look like they might hold up as it says strong adhesive on it and will adhere to plastic. Fast checkout and very friendly.

I was able to buy a scientific calculator from here after searching other locations. The area is a bit sketchy but the store has most things people tend to look for.
