My experience at this Ulta location has been disappointing. The store layout is crowded, particularly around the front counter, making it challenging to navigate into the store as the counter is near the entrance. Despite multiple visits, I have not received assistance from any employees. Instead, I've had to resort to Googling products and reading descriptions online for help. The Benefit brow bar was consistently busy during my most recent visit, and the cramped space made it impossible to browse products without feeling intrusive. Additionally, the testers available are often sticky and dysfunctional, leading to a lack of trust in the products because it only displays how poorly they will perform when purchased. It's concerning that many higher-end testers are locked up, creating a low-trust environment. Unfortunately, the staff here has not been helpful or friendly, in my experience, resulting in a stressful shopping trip for me. Additionally, they often give the impression that they prefer to talk to each other rather than assist customers, further adding to the feeling of being neglected. Waited 10 min , finally called the store after watching only two young ladies working the front counter , asking if they had intentions of bringing my order out to me as for I was on my 30 minute lunch? She said I’m so sorry I’ll be right out with that. She then came out and I asked her why I sat for 10 minutes not being acknowledged, she said they were really short on staff, and all the people that were on the floor were helping other people, and there was only two of them to operate cash registers. This is the second time this is happened to me and I spend thousands of dollars a year at this location. Ulta Corp. Take care of your customers! Equipped your location plenty of help so they can do their job and not have upset people waiting for things because they are so understaffed. This location has had several managers in the past two years. I've been in and there aren't enough sales people on the floor to help all the people that want help. Other times there are so many sales staff to help I'm getting asked every few minutes if I need assistance. I'd say it's 50/50 that it'll be over staffed or under staffed. It's also hit or miss with the help you can get. Some staff know their stuff but others not so much.
