Mattress Firm Chico II — Attraction in Chico

I had spent well over three weeks researching mattresses/bed frames and the like. I was on my way to Costco to get the mattresses that were on sale when I saw a mattress firm and decided to check it out. When I walked in my immediate thought was that I could not afford such high quality beds. Gabe literally had to convince me to stay and go e him a shot. I did even though I thought I would be wasting his time. I am sooooo glad I did! After Gabe patiently spent two hours with me teaching me about beds I walked out with three beds for my kids that were way beyond what Costco had and the same price, and an adjustable bed frame and the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on, also in my price range. All of this was actually a better deal than what I had put together and I don’t even know how comfortable my original plan would have left my family. Gabe helped me understand what would be best for me in a very low pressure way. It was honestly one of the best sales experiences I’ve ever had for any product. I am big on customer service and will not ever go anywhere else from now on and will happily recommend Mattress Firm to anyone I know. I also realized shopping for beds without laying on them is a pretty ridiculous way to do it… I am not being hyperbolic when I say that going into Mattress Firm has changed my life! After three days of testing out my new bed I am already sleeping more sound, getting up less, and my back and hips have felt better each morning I have woken up! I'm moving away from home for the first time and while spending money gives me major anxiety I wanted to treat myself to a new, comfy, decent sized bed. You know, so I can sleep away the pandemic depression and not get any class work done. I had been looking online for mattresses, feeling anxious and hopeless, when my mum insisted we go to a store in person (wait, that's a thing?). We ended up at Mattress Firm on Forest Ave, which is basically a nap haven with a large selection of beds to try and choose from. The sales associate, Joshua Dybdahl, was very helpful in finding me a mattress that wouldn't break my back or my bank account (actually it's the most comfortable thing ever and can't wait for it to be delivered). Josh was also very patient with my mum who indulges in conversation whenever she can (few and far between these days), so as far as I'm concerned he deserves a raise. Or at least... a new mattress? I left the store feeling confident that I had gotten a great deal, excited to have a queen size memory foam mattress (plus box spring and mattress cover), and grateful that my mum and all her eccentricities had been treated with kindness and...

Excellent customer service great deals on name brand mattresses and automatic adjustable bases. The person that helped me out was super friendly and knowledgeable on the best bed for pain management and acid reflux. The sales guy was so patient and really did a great job on getting me what I wanted in very comfortable price range with delivery, installation, and a really nice bed protector. I have included a picture of the floor model bed we are getting I also got my King size adjustable bed for the size of a Queen😁😁😁😁 I had been to a few other mattress stores before coming here and I was a little burnt out because the other stores had cheap non name brand beds for the same price as quality beds it was ridiculous! i was happy to find what I really wanted with excellent customer service!
