Silver Dollar RC Raceway — Attraction in Chico

"WORLD CLASS FACILITY" thoes three words can sum up this review. Hands down my favorite RC racing facility. Plenty of parking, very friendly staff, knowledgable crew. The hobby shop that is directly related to this track is right across the street with helpful staff that are more than willing to go above and beyond for you. I travel 3 hrs + (one way) multiple times per year to experience this track. During their larger events they have on site home cooking style catering, with incredible bacon cheeseburgers, root beer floats, and snacks. Kevin Jelic is the track manager and builder who knows what hes doing. He alone, has made many racers experience over the top with his efforts to help and knowledge hes willing to share. This world class racing facility has a 10th scale and a 8th scale track at the same place in an awesome layout. The track is well maintained keeping bumps to a minimum as well as grip of the track high. Lots of jumps for the acrobat and a couple of really fast sections for the true racer in you. It's fantastic and it's only getting better since they are adding like 5 more tracks indoor, outdoor. I'm luckier than a Chico state frat boy on a Friday night to live in the same town with this big of a RC program. Thanks...
