Wow where do I start with this Rip Off of a place!! Let start by this The owner is a POS who preys on women( beware moms) who aren't as hip to video games so he can rip them off by selling them faulty games and consoles. This loser sells me a Xbox 360 that had been stripped of its hard drive and then sold me a wireless headphone KNOWING IT WAS BROKE!! My GF takes it back and mind you this is next day and this guy wants to give me 1/3 credit of what she just paid mind you this is 12 hours from purchase! I knew I made of mistake by buying used but never thought a person in a business would purposely rip customers off. The console he sold my girl had cockroaches coming out and lucky for me I caught that before it went in my house( thank god it was cold out or they wouldn't had come out of the console) BEWARE OF THIS PLACE 1- Will rip you off if your a woman or anybody who is isn't as hip to these game console etc 2- tHEY HAVE COCKROACHES INBEDDED IN ITS GAMES SYTEMS THAT THEY SELL 3- If I could of went negative stars here I would but this wouldn't let me , This Place will not honor anything they say so do not trust or allow them to do to you what they did to me. Women especially beware...

I'm hearing some negativity surrounding the way people are being treated by the employees... I can't say that I've experienced anything like that in the slightest. This is 100% better than Game Stop as far as pricing. And I feel like the people here are friendlier. I've bought and sold probably 8 360s here over the years. Sold them my game boy Advance SP. Also countless games for many systems. All of that within 4 years of them being open. I was a literal day 1 customer. Within the first couple years I could get good money for everything because they were just starting out and being competitive. That's completely understandable that things have changed! They are established. And nearing 5 stars online Google reviews. So sure, you can't get a million dollars for a used console anymore. They'll still give reasonable prices. They're also good with pricing things. This isn't Facebook marketplace or a kid down the road, so no, you won't find an original game like Pokemon or Zelda for 10 bucks... But many times they have sold things I was looking for that they wanted less than I could have ever imagined....

Edit from 5 to 3. A patron of many good years until the last few times, it's always been good and whatnot. I do not want to single anyone, but I'm incredibly tired of being treated like I'm a giant inconvenience when bringing in trade. Which I've done again for many years. One specific employee has treated me enough as an inconvenience/annoyance the past few times enough to detour me from bringing any more trades or purchases. For the record, you 100% can not play regular gameboy games on the DS and up. They play advance only. Thank you for the good years and the many awesome pieces to my collection. I'll take my inconvient...
