China House — Restaurant in Chillicothe

I love the food here. However, I almost cant stand going in because I always feel rushed and the impression I get is if i ask for chop sticks, a napkin, if I add a drink last minute..... its like it gets on their last nerve, and then when they start talking at that moment to each other in a language I know not, I feel like they are talking about me. And if the young lady is working on the late evening shift, you can tell she doesnt like being there, doesnt care if your pleased, and the last time I was there she intentionally made my order super hot, and i specifically said it on the phone when i ordered and asked again when I picked the food up, that the order wasnt no spice at all, as this particular meal was for my elementary aged child and we were headed out of town, and it was so spicy it left burns in her mouth. Not even I could tolerate the spicyness of it. I was so upset and she was uncomfortable for 2 to 3 days. I havent been back since, although I want to, I just am so displeased I dont know how not to say it...

I was so excited to find a Chinese place that delivers with fast service and had one of my favorite dishes only to be greatly disappointed. I ordered the happy family which is supposed to have fried lobster, jumbo shrimp, chicken beef and pork plus mixed veggies with brown sauce. What i got unfortunately was very water sauce, no lobster, 1 piece of beef, 2 pieces of shrimp 3 pieces of small chicken 2 tiny pieces of pork and lots of broccoli, carrots, and heavy onions. That meal alone was 17.99. Totally not worth the price i paid. I also ordered the crab ragoon it was so greasy that it was soggy with no Crispiness. I do not recommend this place and definitely will not...

The food didn't taste terrible but I bought a $14 thing of general tso's and it was literally one layer of chicken I wish I would have checked my bag before I left. I have never walked away from a Chinese food restaurant my bag weighing that light I feel like I was ripped off and that's unfortunate because usually Chinese food restaurants give you what you pay for. And not only that lady who gave me the food and I gave us $6 tip when I picked it up just tossed my food onto the counter. Is there any such thing as customer service nowadays. Especially for those of us who tip and almost feels pointless to...
