I stopped in this store hoping to find some Animal Crossing Amiibo cards and they were sold out but did find Animal Crossing City Folk for the Wii..I took the case to the counter and the guy literally spent like 5 minutes looking for it and said he couldnt find it and apologized..I was like really..he said yea they must have sold it without the case..I was getting aggravated because he was rummaging through a drawer looking for the game and I felt like the guy really didnt want to wait on me because there was a lady there wanting to purchase a PS4 and he was talking more to her instead of trying to wait on me and find the game..so I finally gave up and left and I went to the Gamestop in Circleville and the gentleman was more than happy to help me with what I needed and I found the game I was looking for finally..probably will not go back to the Gamestop in Chillicothe from now on..their customer service sucks..to the gentleman in Circleville..thank you for all your help..to the guy in Chillicothe..thanks...

Didnt help the lady behind the desk wasnt the most Game intelligent. One big note though, if you find something on their website such as a Nintendo Switch Bundle, dont believe it. They didnt have any of the stuff they show online. Reason for 2 stars is the used games. You buy 2 get 1. Only problem is that the price of their used games are only 5 or 8 bucks cheaper then new. Read moreDue to the failure of them holding an item for another employee, I walked to the counter with a $50 pop Funko and was told I could not get the item because it was being held, even though it was on the show floor. I was asked if I wanted to get one from online instead. If I wanted to do that, I would have done so prior to visit or with other business. I'm normally not one to complain, but this was infuriating to me. I'm being told that I couldn't purchase an item because you failed to take said item off show floor.
