Casa del Taco — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Very friendly, Clean, had food in a timely manor even during lunch rush with drive thru and inside busy, generous sized portions that is very fresh and delicious. The manager, i looked to see if he had a name badge on but he didnt (male with very short length mustache) was extremely courteous to my daughter and I. We didn't know the taco salad came with a dressing and I questioned the cashier about it. I was just going to deal with it even though my daughter and I didn't like it, I didn't want to cause any extra work or problems for them. So I went back and sat down. Just as I sat down the manager asked if I wanted them remade. I hesitantly said yes please. He walked over and asked how i wanted them. He brought them to us. Then asked if we wanted sour cream in place of the dressing. I said yes please. He brought us that too. I of course thanked him. Very good customer service! He not only was observant, he heard and listened then offered to fix the problem. Love this restaurant. From out of town. Drove 35 miles to come here! Will definitely keep...

Beyond poor customer service! Management if that's what you want to call it is the lowest standard I have ever encountered in the fast food industry. Manager Cade should be terminated immediately he is far from who I would want in the managerial position dealing customer concerns regarding my business. More than use I believe the problem is simply inept ability and knowledge for this job position. Because of this particular manager and how he handled a complaint of one item until he is no longer in a manager position at this establishment our entire family and friends will no longer be going here. But I predict it won't be long before he shows his inability for such job responsibilities and I could only hope he gets the much-needed training in the near future that he's so desperately needs. Super disappointing. Had (mild, they also offer spicy) chicken quesadillas and chicken queso nachos. The quesadilla had a weirdly... sweet flavor? I'm not sure what the deal was with that. I know taste is subjective or whatever but it was pretty unpleasant, sweet isn't really what I have in mind when it comes to a quesadilla. Was also concerningly greasy. Nachos were just okay. Decent amount of chicken but it didn't seem seasoned at all. Queso was also painfully bland. The only thing saving this review from one star is the staff. They were polite and got my food out quick. If you're in the mood for good Mexican food I would suggest looking elsewhere. If you're in the mood for bland, Americanized Mexican food, there's a Taco Bell right...
