White Castle — Restaurant in Chillicothe

07.21.2020 Update: White Castle did their part by listening to my review that was listed on their receipt, and sent me a gift card to reimburse me for the missing chicken sandwiches. I will follow up with a taste of the chicken sliders on a future outing where I may find myself near a White Castle. For now, I would like to say that their Customer Service did a great job of listening to the consumer, even though I was a 1st time guest. Great Job on that White Castle.

First time customer and cannot say I was impressed. Service was good, and since this was a COVID-19 time frame, there was no seating, so the place was cleaned out and not needing attention to cleaning.

I ordered several items to try, which included burgers, chicken sandwich and chicken waffle sandwich, along with some bacon fries and cheese sticks.

The burger sliders had mushy bread on the bottom and the meat did not have a very good taste. The chicken sandwiches were missing from my togo order so I had to call and request that they hold them for me. (out of town, so I didn't go back) The chicken waffle sandwich actually had a good flavor, and could try it again if someone asked me to pick something. Bacon Cheese Fries didn't look appetizing but I would rate them as fair. These cheese sticks were probably the best thing out of the whole meal, and would get those again if I was hungry.

As a first time customer, I was not a fan of this chain of food, but I know plenty of people love them, so you may want to try it out...

My boyfriend works here. I go through the drive-thru on his day off to get us some food and we didn't have a lot of money so I wanted to use his discount, the girl at the window took my order didn't tell me how much it was till I got to the window then told me I couldn't use two cards on one order because it was a. Dollar off the amount that I was told so I told her to take out one item from my order she ended up taking out two items from my order then forgot to give me my drink if I didn't want my drink I would have told her not to give me my drink or to take it off. before I was declined using 2 cards I asked for my boyfriend's discount and the girl just giggled and walked away so that upset me knowing that I had the money just not in cash and couldn't even get his discount, they forgot my tartar which i asked for...

Horrible place we waited several minutes to be told they have make 200 before they could take our order. There was only one person in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru. When we asked how long we were told they are "not allowed to tell us". We ask how many they could make at a time with the one grill they were using and they said 20. I wish they had put a sign on the door or a note on their website. We lost 25 minutes out of out trip and no food at all. Oh and the bathrooms were very dirty. Waste on floor no toilet paper in dispenser only on floor. Will not visit again. The clerk was rude like we shouldn't expect to be served. Next time but s note...
